The facility has been renovated recently and it's extremely chic and a great addition to the nice Alba board walk. This place is where you can rent umbrellas, grab lunch or an early supper and have great cocktails at a fair price. This place is not filled with young kids-- which is nice, when you have a large crowd or in my case, family. This place stands out from the rest of the chalets and beach clubs, food is relatively cheap and fair so don't let the exterior fool you. For the nice atmosphere and fairly priced and delicious food, this is a hidden gem. They have a nice DJ and outdoor lounge to grab drinks at night!!Dear Sdiamond10485, thanks for your review. It was a big pleasure to have you and your family at Merlibeach. We really hope to see you again next year! Thank you for having chosen us.Best regardsLo staff Merlibeach

I've been here often and find it good and inexpensive. The only real problem is when the place is full as it does get noisy.Hungry? Ask for the complete set of appetizers.Feel like eating local pasta with seafood? Nothing better than the handmade ceppe or excellent and creamy risotto. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who likes seafood restaurants.

My family and I came here as a recommendation from our hotel-- the seafood is top notch and fresh from the sea. You get an incredible value for the dinner, opt in for the array of cold and hot appetizers so that you can sample a bit of everything. The seafood is unbeatable and this is not a tourist trap. Service is amazing and friendly, I did not find any issues ordering or communicating with the staff!! Dear Guest,we are thankfull to you for this review. It is a honour to have such an excellent review by you and, above all, knowing that you have found everything good, according to your tastes. We hope you will come again in the future, to enjoy again all we have in our Chalet! Best regards.

I found ristorante Arca listed in the guide book L'Espresso with a very high rating and decided to check it out. The restaurant is located in the center of Alba Adriatica on the main street which ends on the Lungomare and shares a mid block location with an enoteca of the same name. Massimiliano, the chef and his brother run a tight ship with both a seafood and "terra" menu. My 3 friends all tried the seafood and were blown away by the Brodetto and the baccala' while I spoiled myself with a thinly sliced elegant pork dish with "Patanegra" pork from the Jamon Iberico region of Spain. I have never seen this in another restaurant in Italy, although I am sure you might find it in a starred restaurant in Milan, Rome of Florence. The service was impeccable with the chef taking everyone's orders and answering questions or advising you on choices which will delight your palate. His brother is at the ready with a nicely selected wine list with options from around the world, but the majority from the neighboring Abruzzo vineyards. Fresh breads arrive at the table with the amuse bouche and the tranquil, simple, but elegant ambience help make for a wonderful evening!

This place is special. Even if probably at lunch it is not at his best I found a wonderful meal. Follow the suggestion of the chef, can't go wrong.Unfortunately I was in the middle of a long trip, and I could not enjoy completely the wine and the meal (that asked for a long lasting stay) but what I had was awesome. "Baccalà " this where this restaurant gives his best. Deep work in the selection of the ingredients, love in the preparation. This is my impression after speaking a little bit with Gianfranco.Hope to have to come back here soon.

Fried fish and chips in every tastes!
Just come and try all the fish, shrimps and other seafood. Simple but tasty, the only con is lack of drinks, but they're all at the beach bar nearby.
