This restaurant has a great view over the tranquil beach of Torre Canne. Itâs a superb location which can often mean that other elements like food and service can be lack lustre but this is not the case. The staff were very nice and the owner was working hard on the nights we visited. The wine list is very good value and offers a nice selection. The food was excellent. Pizza were very good and I noticed they were slicing the meats to order to place on top so shows great care and attention to detail. Taglioni with langoustines was a highlight for many in our small group. This place deserves to do well as they do most things right. Extremely good value considering the views.

Very simple restaurant on the sea. Fresh fish prepared in a simple and essential way
This place is very rustic, with simple setting and people but oh, my! How fresh and delicious the food is! Everything was superb and I recommend every dish! Giant raw shrimp was just melting in my mouth! Exquisite handmade cavatelli with sea urchin- yum! Mussels with garlic and parsley- fantastic! We also tried fresh sea urchins like that for the first time and we were very satisfied! Prices are cheap too so try to make it there for an affordable fulfilling seafood lunch by the seaside! P.S. we came on an extremely windy day so we didnât get to sit outside but who cares!))

Located on the marina of Torre Canne, an outdoor place where the colors and flavors of the Mediterranean blend, creating the right atmosphere where the five senses live.
We visited out of season and enjoyed the outdoor tables and the quiet by a crystal ocean. There are umbrellas and shade at this place which is basically a permanently food hut. The menu was simple- fruits de mere, octopus, tuna steak etc and it comes with few option of additions but it was amazing food, eaten in the perfect location. The only slight downside was they oddly didn't have wine so we had to settle for bottles of prosecco! Highly recommended.

Our beautiful restaurant prides itself on serving a wide range of quality and fresh Italian selected food. You can find here both amazing steaks and locally fished seafood, as well as our famous woodfired Pizza (just for dinner).
We were recommended this lido by our hotel. Beautiful beach with very attentive service, lovely clean and well maintained.facilities good. Restaurant overlooks the beach. The food was a great surprise. Excellent fresh and tasty. Good service. Menu is interesting. We had such a good time we went again a couple of days later and it was just as good

Place was packed on a Wednesday night at 9pm. This is the place to go if you like your seafood. We had oysters and swordfish which were delicious. Staff very busy so be prepared to wait to be served, but food is delivered quickly. Would recommend

Expansive Restaurant Offering Internal And External Dining Areas Serving Traditional Pugliese Cuisine.friendly Staff And Full Tummies.
We visited this restaurant three times in 2 weeks and the food is always excellent. Anti pasti is huge in quantity and great in quality. Pizza is very crunchy and tasteful. Pasta dishes are al dente as they should be . Wine is locally sourced mostly but also bottled wines from all over Italy are available. Very family friendly place as they took great care of our 2 yr old and 2 month old. Owner Michele is a real gem of a host. Highly recommended!

A simple taverna on the sea, like in a Greek island with simple and fresh food. Relax and privacy at the best, under the umbrellas very far from each other. Free secure parking
We visited Taverna Santos during the busy Italian holiday time, two weeks ago. On arriving we were directed to our free car park.As we mingled with the other visitors, the first thing we noticed was the lack of Brits - only three people and they all spoke fluent Italian as they were visiting relatives. Language was not a problem - David was there to help out. We were made very welcome, shown to our sun beds and umbrella, after an excellent coffee in the beach bar. We could leave our loungers at any time: swimming in the Adriatic, using the facilities or going for our excellent and reasonably priced bar lunch. We didn't book in the restaurant as we only wanted a snack.

We took 3 ice-creams at the counter and they charge us at the counter as we were served at the table!!!! It was not much of a difference (1-2) euro, but it wasnât a pleasant experience. For such a small difference we didnât argue.

We came here as the hotel was overpriced and this restaurant was recommended to us. Nice atmosphere inside or out. Good selection on the menu, we shared a tasting meal which was delicious. We did ask a few times for balsamic vinegar to have with the olive oil and bread. It was forgotten a few times too! We ate here twice in the week we stayed. I would say that the choice of restaurants in the local area are limited, so this is definitely the best out of the selection availableThe outside area basically looks out over the main road and parked cars, and overlooks the entrance to flats over the road. Not particularly romantic. Recommend if in the area.

Cala Masciola Restaurant is a culinary experience that anyone who loves fresh seafood and a stunning view should try. At Cala Masciola, our guests will find a unique restaurant which has its very own Apulian fishmongerâs shop. The guests can either order
Well, Cala Masciola is a very nice restaurant by the ocean, but the service is terrible. Not to the standards to any restaurant in the US. You see, you pay here about 30% more than anywhere in the states and get a substandard service. We have been waiting for over 1 hour for our order to be taken. The excuse was that the kitchen was too busy and they needed to stop taken orders because they were not able to manage the load. So we are here .... waiting ......This is our second time here, but last time for sure. Borgo Egnazia is a wonderful place. Loved it. Service is better at the hotel, but still needs work in my opinion. The rates at the resort are double of any 5 start resort in the US. That brings a special crowd to the hotel including many celebrities, and of course privacy. So it is very nice. But for the price, the service should be pristine and it is not. Still, I would go back to the resort.
