My husband and I stopped in Greenville, SC on the way back from a visit to Charlotte, NC. My husband is from Louisiana and so we knew we wanted to give this restaurant a try. The staff were extremely nice and we loved how they gave us samples before we ordered. Both my husband and I really enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food. Whenever we are passing through Greenville, SC, we will definitely stop at The Lost Cajun.

The Open Hearth
30 years ago The Open Hearth was THE Best Restaurant in town. What a disappointment this visit turned out to be. With my out-of-town Aunt and Uncle in town for my sister's and my birthday, we of course, selected Open Hearth. We had reservations for 6 people and thought that would make a timely eating experience but it didn't. The service was slow, the food was not only cold but ordered incorrectly. SOOOO disappointed. We won't be back.Signed, Completely EmbarrassedWe wish you had brought this to our attention before you left dissatisfied! If thereâs any way we can correct our mistakes we would appreciate the opportunity. Patty, thank you for your critique. Please give us a call at 864-244-2665 and ask for Jimmy or Starr

I went with a group of 8 people. The food was worse than going to the local fish camp. If youâre looking for great sea food go elsewhere! All but two people thought the food was awful! We had a little of everything between all 8 of us.The reason for two stars is because our waitress was awesome! She gets the stars! Will not recommend to anyone! We are really sorry to hear this and would like more details regarding your experience. Please email me at [email protected]

Newly opened : April 13 2012. Is extension of Bimini's Oyster Bar and Seafood Cafe in Myrtle Beach, SC. Owners: Paul and Sharon Hrabovsky.
By far the best gator we have eaten. Plus they give you a very good potion compared to other places. Very tender and fried crispy. So delicious. Also, had the warm peel and eat shrimp which were fresh and tasty. My hubby had the tuna on a salad and he thought it was well prepared. I had the mahi mahi and enjoyed it very much. We love to eat at Biminis at the beach so when we heard there was one in Greenville and we were visiting the area the decision was easy to give this location a try. Overall, it was great and our server was excellent. Please bring this restaurant to Johnson City, TN. We could use a nice seafood restaurant. Only disappointment was they were not playing beach music!
