They don't take reservations, so you will likely have to line up at this popular little spot. But you can go for a little stroll around the picturesque harbour and they'll text you when your table is ready. This is what we did and it was worth the short wait. The servers were very friendly and helpful. But the food. I've been told it's all good and I believe it. Most delicious piece of fish I've ever eaten.

After all the reviews we expected more. My wifes fish was good but my dish consisted of scallops with tossed salad that had dressing so bitter in was impossible to eat. So I paid $27 for 8 small scallops. We were also not impressed with the service. I conveyed my displeasure with 0 tip. Never again to this place.so sorry you were dissatisfied with your meal. house dressing doesn't appeal to everyone. we usually explain it to our customers and always pit it on the side and not on your salad. We usually have our servers check after you've tasted it. if your ever back we'd love to have an opportunity to re make your meal.

We read that Matt Chandler is the chef at Shaw's again this year, so we had to dine there. Last night, three of us went for dinner and were so happy that we did! Two of us had the fall-off-the-bones ribs and I had the whitest piece of perfectly cooked halibut I've had in years. Cocktails - martini and Blood Mary - as well as a lovely bottle of pinot noir accompanied the meal. Dessert was an amazing strawberry shortcake - have no idea how Matt made the shortcake so flakey, but it was the best I've had. We'll be back.

We went to Covehead for Richardâs but when we got there and saw the line and discovered Water Grill with their nice outdoor tables we said we would try it. I would come to Covehead now for Blue Water Grill. Excellent service, lobster roll and fish tacoâs were amazing. Tartar sauce was yummy! Nice and light.

The setting--an early 20th century vacation home--is gorgeous, the dining room portends outstanding food. Regrettably, while the server was very good and helpful, the food wasn't. To be sure, my grand daughter liked her chicken fingers and my son's salmon and my scallops were satisfactory, but my daughter-in-law's beef Wellington was so tough as to be inedible. Who ever heard of tough beef Wellington? What's worse, the server admitted this was not the first time a diner returned the dish because it was too tough. They should do better.
