Located on level three of The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, the name Colony alludes to the seafarious voyage that the British took to travel to the East Indies for trade and commerce in the late eighteenth century. Vintage maps and postcards which ado
Read about the champagne afternoon tea set and we decided to come here for our anniversary celebration. The savoury selection was served in a stack of 5 Tiffin containers and featured local fusion creations inspired by Chinese, Indian and Malay food. The bearded dragon prawn was by far the tastiest treat. Free flow dessert bar and artisan tea, coupled with a flute of champagne make this a perfect go to place for a celebratory meal. The service crew is so sweet to us. Thanks Jega and crew!

A causual dining japanese restaurant serving one of the most authentic classic of japanese cuisine. We are also proud to be serving the most affordable bara-charashi don in town.
Had dinner with my family there with a reservation. The service quality is good. They make it a point that any call for attendance are acknowledge immediately even if the staff is unable to attend to you immediately. Usually they will attend to you shortly. We had a good recommendation of food from soba, sashimi, maki, grilled cod fish, grilled yellowfish fin and a good sake(Kansansui). There was this Beer ramen which is very interesting to eat from the cold beer mug. It taste nice and the broth is delicious to drink and can be use to dip some fried food.Mum and the kids enjoy themselves. Really value for money.

We walk-in as itâs weekday. My Friend recommendation to make reservations on weekends and lunch hour. We didnât try the tower since only two of us. We ordered 3 river prawns, 1 mud crab, 1 fried drumlets 5pcs, 1 bamboo clam, 2 barley Korean tea charged by per person but itâs refillable. Due to its my birthday so I get a free Chile king crab (I think itâs about 800g). We paid close to s$200 include GST and service charge. Food - pretty good but price pretty high end. I love their presentation of food. But the carrot is kind of dry and hard. My Friend said itâs for display not meant to be eaten. Service - A+ as the guy help to deshell the king crab and also even got his kitchen Chef to heat up after the deshell. Environment- only 2 tables occupied so the noise only for our tables. If you have the Budget and like seafood. Worth trying. Go for the layer type of seafood steam tower. But price isnât cheap. Good news is you can choose what u want to steam beside the fixed set types unlike in Korea (fixed layers so canât choose what u like).

We booked dinner at The Line one evening whilst staying at the Shangri La and I am so glad we did. Buffet dinners are not really my thing but The Line is no ordinary buffet. The options are endless with every possible cuisine, so I will highlight the food that stood out for us. The seafood station was amazing - the freshest of oysters, crab, prawns, sea snails, clams - just unbelievable. The Indian buffet was also impressive. I had fresh fish tikka out of the tandoor oven with hot naan bread just perfectly spiced and balanced. The pasta station was also good. And not to mention the dim sum bar, the noodle station, the sushi bar, the salad bar, the dessert bar and ice-cream station. And did I mention that it includes bottomless tiger beer and soft drinks.Dear madamSouthAfrica, Thank you for sharing your amazing review with us on TripAdvisor! YOUR GREAT NEIGHBOURHOOD SEAFOOD RESTAURANT It all started with one trip to the Hama Hama oyster farm in the Pacific Northwest. With hands dipped in the coldest estuary of the region, shucking live oysters in waist-deep waters, eating them fresh...one hol
The ambiance is already good, nestled in the heritage st of Bukit Pasoh. The Humpback serves good food with fantastic Happy hour drinks and deals. The staff were really friendly, but not intruding, that makes your dining experience really great. At the same time, their a la carte food were really tasty and fresh. One thing about this place is the oysters. Very value for money and supremely tasty. When ever I need a zinc fix, I always come here. Do make reservations for the Happy hours as they get booked out really fast. Thanks so much for the fantastic review. We look forward to welcoming you back to Humpback again soon :)
