Fan of the ambience, and the food and wine were absolutely delicious! We ordered several first and second courses (pear with cheese and bacon appetizer was scrumptious). The highlight was definitely the whole fish that we ordered - cooked to perfection. Fun experience, and enjoyed the food!We are delighted to receive such a beauriful feedback backup. Thank you!!!

Warm welcome from the waiter, they come often to ask if everything is fine.Francesca who was our waiteress, is a super gentle and kind person.The food was litterally excellent, we had some of the special of the day.The service is also impeccable, the venue is simply beautiful, full of beautiful paintings that if you want you can buy.Very close to the center, actually in the center.Cant wait to go back to Pisa to eat here.

everything was just sooo good. the food was amazing, do not miss the daily menu - on the blackboard when you enter; the service was super, fast, perfect english, good recommendations. the atmosphere was great. we went once for dinner and returned also the next days. we highly recommend it.

We visited it for lunch on a sunday. The restaurant is part of a small country hotel (agriturismo) few kilometers from Pisa and Lucca. Our choice was for meat. We had tagliata, perfectly cooked and prepared, and chianina tartar prepared in three different styles.Pasta was also very well prepared. The "pappa al pomodoro tortelli" ( a closed pasta with a tomato inside) were not only original but also very delicate yet tasty. Service was fast and waiters were adequate. Price was about 40 to 45 euros per person. We will return and we will suggest it to friends

La Querica was recommended by our hosts at Villa del Papa, since the owner of La Quercia is their brother. We went three times in four days and were never disappointed. The service was impeccable and the food was fresh, beautifully served and outstanding. We stopped late one night just to get wine and âMom I spilled the pot!â Decadent. It is a family owned business and they take pride in what they do. If you are traveling to Pisa or Lucca, go a little out of the way and be pleasantly surprised. The name says it all; gramaâs food. La buona cucina!

This restaurant has been recommended to us by a local for having dinner in Pisa. We didnât had any reservations but the friendly staff kindly arrange us a table.We had the great surprise to find a small but modern restaurant, tasty food with great quality ingredients. We had pasta, French fries and dessert . I havenât tasted fries so delicious, with garlic sauce !If you are near the cuisine, you can see the preparation of dishes. Absolutely to try! And donât forget the reservation!

Is a traditional Italian restaurant, run by an entire family. The food is unbelievable good and tasty. We started with Toscana soup and continued with some traditional cooked pasta. I am the biggest fan of Tiramisu, and I like to try it everywhere I travel. I tried here as well, and I can say with my heart that was the best Tiramisu I ever eat. The hosts looked after us and helped us with the Italian language. I strongly recommend this restaurant to all who wants to spend some quality time with dear ones in a special place.

Charming little surprise located near our agritorisimo La Pisana in Pisa. We ordered 2 different pasta plates, one pistachio cream with crunchy bacon. The other plate was sun dried tomatoes with olives and almonds. Both dishes were excellent. We are planning to return here for dinner tonight. Great service too!

We enjoyed the food so much that we went back both nights during our stay in Pisa. The service was great, friendly & helpful. Our local hosts recommended this restaurant to us & it didn't disappoint. The outside courtyard was very pleasant & was matched by the fine seafood & pasta. If you are staying in Pisa you must come here.

Speciality of the Day Tuna, offered ouside the set menu, grilled or baked with breadcrums sounded attractive, specially when I asked what Tuna is was, Yellow Fin.Great, 3 orders please all grilled, that`s where the disappointment kicked in, 3 times so overcooked with nothing Pink or reddish left, just a grey dry texture, a faillure from the kicthen, far to long in de pan, pff a beginners mistake,Reclamation to the waiter, let to NO result, just the short answer, you need to talk to the manager, that`s it.The ambiance of the place made some good, its has this historic atmosphere, so typical for Tuscany.If around again I will walk in for a coffee or so en leave the dinner thing.
