Very busy restaurant, with many dishes to chose from, ordered beef pho, papaya salad and a pork dish which were all very nice, presented well and generous in size and taste. Garnishes for pho come separately which is nice for the heat control. The staff were efficient and friendly, they also gave a pho doggie bag to take away. I'll definitely have to try their other dishes such as fried octopus another time. It's a very popular and busy place, even on a Sunday, so booking is recommended.

Passion, enthusiasm and a pursuit of perfection are the hallmarks and the ethos of this wonderful place.Giovanni and his team cook outstanding Sardinian specialities in great surroundings. Their attention to detail and their continuous search for outstanding specialities ensure that their offering is unique and that an ever increasing number of aficionados now experience a special meal. In my view Sardus is something very special even in the highly competitive world that is now Altrincham. A great value dining experience in a lovely atmosphere. Called here following a days cricket at Old Trafford with my good lady. A very warm welcome, excellent fish meal and great service. It was so good we decided to re-visit the following evening. Jean again welcomed us but this time more like old friends and provided first class service, this time a non fish meal but still excellent.

Lovely Saturday evening dinner. Had two courses and shared a third, all very tasty, cooked well and very hot! Outstanding dish was the monkfish accompanied by char grilled baby gem lettuce which was a revelation.Enjoyable pre drinks and a good bottle of wine, all served with a smile.Thoroughly enjoyable evening, we will return.
