Beautifully presented and executed dishes. We had the oysters for starter (Zeeland I think) followed by the artichoke! For mains we had the perlhuhne which was delicious but could have been slightly more tender, and the pork hoof which was succulent and extremely filling. I highly recommend the house red for its rustic feel. The staff was extremely attentive! Overall a lovely dinner, and would definitely go back.

This restaurant is very conveniently located as a base for hiking in the beautiful wooded and hilly area. From the restaurant are nice views of the cattle in the pastures. Given the favorable price, the food is very tasty and the menu offers plenty of possibilities. For lunch there is every day of the week a different food theme. The Sunday brunch is very large considering the low price.

Monschau is largely pedestrianised and the weather was foul, so we were recommended to go to Flora, just 1km outside the centre but with car parking. The food was great, inexpensive and varied with a number of Balkan dishes included. Super service aND reasonable price Thank you, rain.s
