In the outskirts of Rivoli, little town towards the Susa Valley thereâs this place we would have never went to if it wasnât for our friendsâ advice. Huge first courses, very nice tagliata follow usual big italian antipasti to share. Went twice, would go again.

I went here with my parents last month and pizzas we ordered were delicious! The staff didn't speak English well, but it wasn't a problem to me as we could still communicate with them. Best Italian restaurant I've ever been to.

TripAdvisor helped me out again by driving me there. The restaurant is situated in the suburbs of Rivoli but it's easy to find through any GPS device. The place is rather popular among business people I'd say, as there were many that day and the personnel as well as the environment itself along with a well-set-up menu spanning between seafood and meat would draw anybody in. I order as a starter a grilled octopus with fresh vegetables and a main course an interesting homemade tagliatelle dish cacio cheese and ink black, i was rather skeptical in the first place to match seafood with cheese but I have to admit it was worth taking! Price maybe a bit too high.

(last visit 8/2011)I was an old customer of "il Bisogno" since the old place smaller and nearer the Rivoli Center.I was really fond of the "green beer" (that is a mix of beer and blue vodka, if I guessed correctly). It's halfway between pub and restaurant.Waitresses are now very busy and so they cannot help you so much and in fact you hjave to fill yourself the order list using the numbers on the menu.Food quality is average to good (before was better).Drink quality is still good (as before).Drink quantity.... mmmmmm.... (before was better)The amusing thing of the old site was that they served the drinks inside "chamber pots"...in three different sizes "1/4 di bisogno" (=S), "1/2 bisogno" (=M) e "1 bisogno" (=L).On the new site the chamber pots are swapped for something more similar to a drink bowl that mantains the same name.A place to go once to drink using "bisogno"... now NOT worth a return.there are a lot of places with higher quality and better service.

Pizzorante, is a pizza restaurant in Rivoli near Turin, friendly, fast, accurate where you can find the best PIZZA IN BRICK Turin and province, high levels of quality and service that characterize our tradition for a quarter of a century, both in the pizz
Arrived just about 7 in the evening, asked for English language as my Italian is poor. Been pointed the worst table by the cook! Asked for drinks, my beer was off so asked the front of house staff who arrived by then to replace it, what she did, but the cool was moaning about it behind the bar! Food was ok, as we were starving, but with a service like this do not really wanted to stay. One positive thing was the nice picture on the way to the toilette!Dear customer, your review perplexed us. The only thing we're able to recognize is the portrait you've published, which represents a vintage print. For the rest, every single word you've wrote doesn't match with our customs. Since 1987, we have a dedicated English menù and every single person of the staff can speak English fluently. We strongly believe in the importance of hospitality, especially when our customers come from abroad. The large staff you were talking about in the review doesn't match with the staff actually at the service of our customers and the service we offer to our customers is definitely different from what the other reviews say about us.What does it mean you were the worst table in the restaurant? If you came to visit us in one of our crowded evenings, without any booking, you probably took a sit in the one of the last available tables. You've said you can't speak Italian fluently and that you can only express yourself in Enlish but you've firmly confirmed that your request (an other beer) have been received in a bad way from the guy assigned at the bar service. Have you thought about the fact that the possible (but not certain) displeasure of that guy wasn't connected to your request? It could have been connected to the made mistake; or it could have been connected to something else (especially if, as I was saying before, you came to visit us in a crowded service). Looking at your Trip Advisor profile, I can see you gave excellent reviews to a lot of other restaurantes and places: we seem to be the worst one ever. You came to visit in July 2015: why have you decided to review us just now, 2 months later? Apart from this, the only thing we can say is that we're really sorry for what you think it's happened and we're even more sorry to read a review like this.Cordially,Emilio&Laura

If you're visiting Rivoli, then you might like to try this place. From the outside it really doesn't look like much, but once you go inside you find a very homely atmosphere (hence the name of the restaurant). The food, on the other hand, is not homely at all but quite refined in its ingredients and combinations and presented beautifully. The prices are very reasonable and I know they change the menu according to the seasonal products, which is always a good thing. Coffee is made with a traditional moka and not a machine, which adds to the cozy feel. The waiter, too, was very friendly. However, I wouldn't come here for a romantic dinner (although there were candles on the table!) and wouldn't recommend it if you have boisterous children as it's quite a small place. Otherwise, very pleasant.

Why didn't I say that it's amazing?Because the food is perfect (i took a menu with meat),But the time to wait is quite a lot!I have to say that probably everything is express. You just have to be relaxed and enjoy the food

We went here with good friends who had visited their previous location. The food was excellent and so was the service. The evening ended a bit hasty because of heavy rain but the lasting memory is very positive. We wil return.

These few words describe our experience there. There weâve had the best shrimp (gamberi lardellati â it was tender, moist and incredibly tasteful) and the best pasta (tagliolini with gorgonzola sauce on bed of chicory) ever so far. Our desserts (panna cotta and chocolate cake) were great. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable. The service was attentive and friendly. We also liked the restaurant ambiance. Clean, nice décor and attention to detail. A hidden jewel in Turin that we highly recommend and to which we look forward to going again.Vi ringraziamo tantissimo per la visita e per il tempo dedicato a scrivere i suoi pensieri sulla esperienza! Sapere che vi è piaciuto ci riempi di soddisfazione! Grazie ancora!Gabriella e Mimmo
