Traditional Japanese cuisine with a modern twist in the Art Nouveau centre of Riga. We combine the finest ingredients in our signature way to create an unforgettable experience for each guest.
We ate here last week as we saw that it had good reviews. The first time we went to visit we missed it altogether as there is no sign above the door just a sign written on the door glass. Anyhow we went after directions from owner and found it ok. It is very small inside - compact restaurant and close tables. The food was tasty but smallish portions and I say that in comparison to a like Japanese restaurant I visited recently. But overall nice. But once was enough.

Located not far from the city centre, this is a modern restaurant with a pleasant decor. We visited on a Tuesday evening and were seated as a party of 3 with no difficulty. We opted just for mains, but were presented with bread and 2 pots of tuna/mayo spread to put on this. The tuna was quite simply delicious.I opted for Fish and Chips - curious to see if the Latvian version would differ, it didn't. But the fish was very good, 2 fillets of, I think, Pollock with nice well cooked chips. There was even a pot of mushy peas - although this was served cold. My wife opted for a Cod burger, which was large when it arrived and which she enjoyed. My son opting for the seafood pasta which had been recommended and which looked very good. He enjoyed it. The only irritation was that the Portuguese Vinho Verde we wanted to drink, was not available, nor was the French Sauvignon Blanc. We saw the seafood platter's being served to 2 other tables. they looked wonderful.

Came based on the reviews and was sooo happy! Very reasonable pricing for wines n champagne- i am Australian:)Service was great! Attentive but not overboard.Food was fantastic. We really had absolutely nothing to fault. Seafood was fresh and dishes were well presented. Fish trio risotto for 2 is definently for two- we shared a ceviche entree and then this main for lunch and had no room for dinner:)))) lovely spot. A cozy wine restaurant and wine boutique run by family of wine enthusiasts. Awarded as Best Small Wine List in Latvia by Baltic Wine List Awards 2018. Perfect place to escape the busy downtown core with a nice glass of wine, fresh oysters, meal or great c
I really like this place... They do focus on having a good Wine cellar, but also have a small menue with good dishes to keep the wines company... like medium sized oysters from Normandie in pair with an excellent champagne... etc etc.. They dont pretend being fine dining, but what They offer is fine enough, and its presented with proudness and cooked and presented with care. Love it!

"AQUA LUNA" restaurant, bar and lounge is located in Andrejsala on the right bank of the Daugava River - still in the city centre, yet far from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Excellent menu and elegant interior design make it the right place to have a
It's a nice western -europe like restaurant next to the river Daugava. You can also go on the roof terrace - a wonderful view will be there for sure. There's cozy, but elegant atmosphere & amazing dishes. This is a great place for vegans/ vegetarians, because this place has some delicious vegan dishes . For vegans I recommend spinach ravioli, vegan passion fruit panna cotta, asparagus roll (vegan sushi), truffle risotto , homemade hummus and falafel, avocdo and tomato tartare, but my favourite is the vegetable salad with greens and yasai sauce. Thanks to them for the vegan options!Dear Liva, thank you much for your wonderful review, we truly believe that âveganâ does not mean âless tastyâ or âless diverseâ. Weâll be glad to see you again!

Our cosy yet chic Dome Fish Restaurant has established its reputation with delicious fish cuisine. The fish we serve here is delivered mostly by small local fisheries and even fishermen themselves. Thus, once a week there's a special delivery from PÄvilos
By chance the restaurant was very close to our hotel. We were celebrating a major anniversary and were happy to splash out. Champagne, wine, oysters, halibut, desserts, tea etc etc. We ate on the roof terrace on a very warm evening. Service was charming and efficient and we were made to feel at home. The food was really very good, as was the champagne and the wine. We highly recommend the Dome.
