A traditional Japanese sushi counter experience. Let our experienced sushi masters prepare today's freshest ocean delicacies.
... in one hour, all you can eat sushi. At ¥4,000 for lunch, it is the most reasonable price for what you get at the Hilton Niseko. You start off with five pieces of chef selection sushi. Then, order from a limited sushi menu all you can eat. All the sushi was good and the chefs were professional and did not "over rice" the sushi in order to stuff you.Skip breakfast and come hungry. If you are able to eat twenty pieces, you will get your money's worth.
Very nice izakaya. Good food, good drink and very good service. I stayed at Niseko Northern Resort and they have a pick-up and drop-off service.
After a couple of excellent recommendations from our concierge at Greenleaf, we headed back into Niseko Town to try this top seafood restaurant ... Once again, we were not disappointed. A pity the taxi ride there & back was more expensive than the meal for two ... Almost doesn't seem 'right' ! The restaurant is tiny with bar (kitchen, actually) seating for six where you watch the seafood being prepared, plus tables. Although the hosts don't speak much English, there is basic English on the menu. But be warned, the Local Buckie isn't fresh finfish but whelk ! That was a surprise:-)Prices are good and you would battle to find a more authentic seafood experience. Highly recommended.

Step out of the usual izakayas and popular spots in Niseko village, and you will be well rewarded with this sushi-ya, located in the quiet Kamui hotel. The experience is few notches up from all Japanese eateries in the area, and nothing less than the best in big cities like Tokyo. Each piece is deftly and meticulously handled with pride. This being winter, the fish was richer, in particular a buri that was intensely straw smoked, and melt in the mouth akami maguro and chu-toro. When the tuna was served, the chef presented the original certificate indicating that the tuna was a 180kg line-caught fish from Aomori prefecture. This was new to me. The chef was earnest, humble, and service was friendly and professional. All I can say is, get here soon to enjoy a meal in tranquility, before the mainstream crowd floods it.

We come here every time we are in Niseko. The sashimi and sushi are outstanding. I would eat here every day if I didnât have to take a cab from the Hirafu village. Itâs 4 miles total which isnât far but in winter weather itâs far. Get the omikase and enjoy the local sake! I didnât like the hairy crab or mackerel but others in my group loved them.

Ezo Seafoods specializes in pristine Hokkaido seafood. Since 2009 it has been our mission to serve this as simply and freshly as possible to our guests. We also offer cold seafood platters for takeout.
We really enjoyed our dinner here.....the quality and selection of seafood was amazing. We started with delicious oysters on the half shell, split a king crab leg (which was exceptionally well prepared), and then had the whole snapper with sweet chili. The snapper was one of the best seafood dishes weâve had anywhere, it was so perfect. The owner was very helpful in making selections and the staff was very friendly and efficient. We would go back in a heartbeat. Make sure you have reservations........
