Only steps from the Gozo Ferry Terminal and overlooking the harbor, Sammy's is ideal for lunch or dinner while on Gozo, Malta. The menu is Italian with local dishes adding to the fare. Fresh fish is featured along with house-made pasta.I enjoyed smoked salmon and ravioli made with Gozo cheese. A half liter of Gozo wine was 6 Euro - a bargain for wonderful wine. The service is lovely in the charming outdoor seating.I highly recommend Sammy's when in Gozo.

We ate here many times and found Veranda to be a very nice location comfortable and lovely views out to sea. The quality of the food was good and everything was very tadty. Service was very good, although when one particular head waitress is in charge, the minute you have your glass or plate empty, she is straight down to you wanting to know what else you would like, some people may find this a bit pressuring you in to either making another order or trying to get you out. Personally we leave when we are finished, but some people may see this as a negative. All the other waitresses werevery pleasant and gave good service. Recommended.

Order 3 meals one was a starter position and came up as a main course the ordered 2 pizzas we had a starter then we eat one piece of each pizza and wanted to take the rest away when we asked where our pizza was he said in the trash what is the meaning of can we take it away ? We couldnât believe the way we were treated no apologies just that the waiter just couldnât be bother to listen to what we wanted. Unbelievable my husband is Maltese and we have never been treated like this before and they wanted the bill to be paid in full. Never go back again.

For the past 25 years our family run business has been providing you with the most hospitable & quality dining experience. The winning recipe for this attainment is surely our passion and enthusiasm towards the catering industry. We look forward to transl
Took some guests there for an evening meal and couldn't fault it. Service friendly and caring but not in your face. Lobster and crab soup......delicious. Main course monkfish tempura.....delicate and light yet filling......and the piece de resistance was the Tarte Tatin. Not the one you see all over France that is the little flat pastry with the delicate slices neatly arranged (not saying this is bad as it has its place in culinary history) but Chef Paul's is the best I have eaten in 50 years (and I have had similar offerings in Manoir Quatre Saisons and The Waterside in Bray (Roux) but Chef Paul's take the honours. I could have eaten another 3 easily but that's just being a glutton. Oh it does take about 20 mins to bake from scratch as they are made to order. So I suggest that if you do visit 'BOOK' and and start backwards from the dessert Menu so you know you can leave enough room for Chef Paul's Tarte Tatin.

Ta Philip restaurant is a place where you can enjoy traditional Gozitan dishes slow cooked in a wood burning oven,,,Also cold starters, Soups , Pasta, Grilled meat dishes, Fish cooked Al Sale (covered in Gozitan Rock Salt) and more. It is the Place where
Beautifully decorated restaurant, from the outside looks tiny but opens up like Pandoras box and seems to go on forever, delicious food, great service, good prices - a true example of superb food sourced locally serving some of the best wines from the Ta Mena estate, a really exceptional eating experience - not to be missed.

A spacious restaurant with a modern and elegant environment enjoying the picturesque view of Mgarr Harbour and the Gozo Channel. Offering a vast menu specializing in mouthwatering steaks and home made deserts to die for. The establishment also includes a
I had high expectations when I read the reviews on TripAdvisor, but I regret spending a cent at that restaurant. Firstly, I ordered calamari fritti as a starter, but our main course arrived before the starters! Outrageous! Secondly, I had to eat a well done rib-eye steak (which I ordered medium rare). Not to mention the flat soft drinks we ordered. Thirdly, in the restaurant it was extremely hot (do not think they actually turn on the ac). I am very disappointed in terms of both food and service. I was planning on organizing a staff party in December but I will definitely not go there again.

Exquisite Mediterranean cuisine
The staff was very nice and funny. The waiter explained the available dishes in detail. The service was like in a sophisticated restaurant. The truffle ravioli, a dish of the day, tasted really awesome! The restaurant is near the Gozo harbour with a nice view - but only from inside.

Country Terrace is a little cottage transformed into a restaurant with indescribable panoramic views and extraordinary cuisine. Our restaurant has become the only place in Gozo which offers such a savouring view of the Mgarr Harbor, Fort Chambrey and the
Went here the other evening based on the reviews... well Iâm not sure how it has such a high rating here other than the location. We were there at least two hours and we only had a main course! Service seems very disjointed and the food was very very bland. We had to ask for our bill after being left sat there for ages despite making it known we wanted to pay. Poor food and poor service.Dear Sir / Madam Thanks for the rating as well the review that we had left us. Sorry we did not meet your expectations., We try our best to meet everyone expectations, but sometimes, it seems that is impossible to do so . We analyze all the reviews are are taking into considerations. Can you please email us back, to see what happened. You email is an asset to us. Looking forward to hear from you. D-BAR is a family run Restaurant, Pizzeria and Bar, brimming with charm and tradition. Set over two floors, the upper level provides a relaxing and traditional experience; here you will find yourself gazing upon a beautiful collection of vintage portraits
Luckily we found D'Bar on day two and booked up for most of the holiday (they are busy!) - the food is very high quality as is the wine selection and price wise we were very pleased - four adults typically coming in at around â¬28 per head - friendly staff, five star restaurant easily!
