Balayong Grill and Bar redefines casual al-fresco dining experience. A Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel flagship, Balayong Grill and Bar features delectable signature meat and fresh seafood dishes from Palawan.
It was good Philippine fusion food served by polite and attentive staff . We had the Crispy Pata , sinuglao, beef salpicao and seafood sinigang. Tastes great. Completing the ambiance was the cultural show by Indak Palawan, they perform twice by the way . And the vibrant acoustic group composing of 2 lead female vocals. The staff said they are the Soul Sound I think. For those visiting Puerto Princesa this is worth the experience.

I was drawn here because of numerous good feedbacks. Note that we were at Boyet's at the edge of the Baywalk strip The place looks amazing and we ordered a combo or group meal. I was ecstatic at first, however, the service took too long. When the meal arrived, we were given with a different viand than what we replaced with pork barbeque. Then, the buttered crabs were small, not much crab meat even when we massacred the crabs. I was thinking of adding crocodile sisig but I canceled the idea. Would basically try other food stalls. However, I would give the benefit of the doubt to the other branch of Boyets at the Baywalk (the one before entering the Baywalk). It looks good but more of a bar and ktv.

Kajoel's Inato is an artsy restaurant, a homey ambiance that serves filipino foods and fusion of asian cuisines.
After reading several reviews, we opted for this branch of the Ka Into restaurants. Went it with high expectations and left with high regrets. What should have tipped us off was the coach party in there. We ordered: 3 starters (chicken, fresh lumpia and calamari) ALL were bland or tasteless, including the fruit smoothies! The four main dishes ( crispy pata, lapu lapu fish, orange chicken and sizzling beef rib) all very average or salty. The worst and most expensive meal we've had here. Give this place a miss!

Arisano is a local restaurant on the Sabang beach stretch. It is managed and staffed by locals with a super-friendly and charming attitude and service. What really makes it a absolutely-not-to-miss is however the food. Try any of the sashimi, crab, lapu-lapu or spring rolls and be amazed.

Family and driver stopped here for dinner. Colorful interior, with friendly staff. No Airconditioning but plenty of fans to make it comfortable.Everything we ordered was good and to our liking. Fresh fruit shakes ( mango , green mango !) were perfect. I highly recommend the grilled chicken , lechón kawali and especially the grilled garlic shrimp (which by the way tasted very much like shrimp gumbo). Good food at reasonable prices!

The newest restaurant in Puerto Princesa,You will get the best dining experience in town.
Great selection of food but some items are not available. Prices are Ok. Prime location in Puerto. And the best thing I love in this Restaurant is the Service. I was just wondering how come it doesn't pick up to think this place got huge potential. Favorite dish so far is the fried spare ribs. Hi Ma'am thank you very much for the compliment. We make sure that next time when you come back all items are available.God Bless you :-)

The restaurant is built over the water in old growth mangroves. With the name Badjao, I was expecting abundant live seafood. There are two salt water tanks at the entrance. One have 3 or 4 large Lapu Lapu and the other contained small spiny lobsters (crayfish). Portion size was adequate.

Ka Inato is your best bet for local Filipino cuisine when in Puerto Princesa. Enjoy their extensive menu (try their grilled bestsellers) in their relaxed restaurant with ethnic Palawan interiors. Plus it also helps that you're supporting employment for their hearing-impaired staff.

The restaurant is situated along the main road and near the airport. They serve really good food especially the Tuna Steak. The ambiance is very nice and homey. The best part is the art gallery and the restrooms.
