Thoroughly enjoyed more than one meal at this restaurant - it's a bit off the beaten track without any views but the personal attention given by the family staff is outstanding. The pepate di cozze we had was more than abundant and the grilled misto di mare fresh and tasty. More than once the chef himself came out to present the produce before cooking it and that little touch of personal attention made our meal. Thoroughly recommended.

Highly recommended. The pasta was super delicious. Opens at 6.30 and one of the few restaurants in the area that was ooen with a proper dinner rather than snacks. Recommended for Maltese or anyone before catching the Virtu Ferry back to Malta.

Were looking for a place to have diner before 7 pm and ended up in Sabbenerica. Enjoyed pasta filled with fish combined with sea fruit. Good service and reasonably priced

As this resturant / pizzeria specialised in seafood, we thought we were safe for a great meal however found the Mussel soup far too salty to consume and noted the service was very scarce even though there was hardly anyone in the resturant at the time.

Delightful restaurant right by the sea. The beach is unusually bare limestone. The food was superb, with zuppa di pesce (fish soup) a favourite: Mixed seafood in a rich tomato/fish sauce. Octopus, muscles, spaghetti with clams. Generous servings of bread. Finished with granita di limone (iced lemon sorbet to drink). Service very good. Not cheap but very well worth the money. Would definitely visit again.

The restaurant specialises in fish dishes and has a pizzeria in it too. We had pasta with seafood (spaghetti con le vongole) and fried fish. The fish was fresh and well cooked. The restaurant is clean and well-decorated and has a terrace facing the sea. The staff is friendly and prices reasonable. It was the best meal that we had around Pozzallo. Note that it's closed on Wednesdays and don't go there for nothing as we did the following day.Thank you for your review, we are happy that it was all to your liking. We invite you again to visit us.Yours sincerelyCianciuolo Restaurant

Tried to go there twice. First time all places were occupied, so we had to reserve by phone a week later. Our impressions are the best! Very helpful staff, very delicious seafood, good wine list. And all this for rather moderate price. Not cheap, but quite cost/effective. The only problem - no place to park a car in the evening, but it's common to almost all resto's in this part of Sicily. Highly recommended, but don't forget to make reservation previously, site is very popular!

Great restaurant, super friendly staff and great menu. But do notice the portions! They are big! A starter with 1 course is more than enough, no need to go full Italian and have a 4 course meal (desert included).

We offer a traditional, genuine cuisine, with local and italian dishes. Only home-made pasta of ancient sicilian wheats and zero mile ingredients.
This is a small seafood restaurant right in front of a beautiful Catholic Church. The food was good, but not great. However the location and the view was well worth the experience. The service was a little slow, but passable if you are not in a hurry. I had pasta with seafood that was tasty but a touch over cooked. The shrimp were cooked to mush and the pasta was a little overdone. For a second course I had the Italian sausage. The sausage was well prepared and very tasty.
