We are coming here several times during our summer holidays in Mallorca. The location is phenomenal for sundowners and dinner after a sunny day at Portocolom beaches. You are sitting at the top of the beach overlooking the sea with the port behind. All dishes are fresh prepared the hot once on a wooden fire place. All kind of fish and shellfish we had over the time is perfectly prepared and tastes fresh. Very fair price / performance ratio. Recommendable for a nice summer evening dinner.

One of the worse pkaces to go. After reading reviews I thought id guve it a try as was looking for a regular spot to dine. Food looked great but was cold. Both lobsters had to be sent back as under cooked. House wine suggested was the dearest on menu. â¬209 bill at end didnt live up to expectations. Never again. We are very sorry for your bad experience in our restaurant. Inform you that this kind of comments help us to improve and we have taken action on this so situation like this dosn´t happen again.Hope one day you change your mind and visit us again.Best regardsChill out team

good meal had by my wife and i, she had the paella which she said was very good and i went for a very nice T bone steak. The restaurant was fairly busy and is fairly priced, the t bone was 17.50 euros and the paella 13.50 euros. A decent bottle of wine was 14 euros

In nice weather, this is a great spot to eat outside, right by the boats. We have eaten here several times and usually order the salad which has everything on it and is fairly good value. The menu consists of the usual local dishes, slightly above average price but presented well. The staff are always pleasant, and there is free wifi.

Before going to tge restaurant, I didn't read any of tge reviews. But having eaten here and since reading the great reviews one might well wonder was I at the same restaurant, which of course I was. Firstly the service was very poor we were seen in by the owner and then had 2 different waiting staff both very unhelpful or forthcoming when we asked questions about the menu. It seemed that the locals that were in their seemed to get much more attention and care. The bread was quite hard and very non descript, although the fish was quite good it seemed overcooked my partner had pork that was not good, the salad consisted of onion and a few lettuce leafs. We had stuffed mussells to start which were very dry and tastless. All in all it is not a place I would recommend, once again it seemed the locals got much much better service and i would go so far as to say their food looked to be better as well.

I found this restaurant in a DK guide book for Mallorca and set about reading other TripAdvisor reviews about this and other restaurants in Portocolom on the east coast of the island before deciding to give it a try. My husband wanted a high quality seafood meal and we were keen to find a place off the beaten track to enjoy a lazy lunch. I had called ahead to reserve a table and opted for a table inside as I knew it was going to be hot. On arrival in the village, however, we were early and found that the restaurant also had tables across the little road in front of it which were right next to the marina. We were easily able to swap to one of these and the waitress kindly moved the tables so that we could all be in the shade. The staff were incredibly helpful, discreet and friendly and are a real asset to the restaurant. They spoke multiple languages as well. We ordered king prawns and small peppers for a starter and our kids liked them so much that we ordered another portion of each again. My husband and I shared the salt-baked sea bass which was brought to the table whole and was then served in front of us. Our children had more unadventurous dishes (Schnitzel and chips; spaghetti Bolognese) but we were pleased they tried the starters. For dessert we had cheese, sorbets, Oreo cheesecake and almond cake with almond ice-cream. Other reviewers say they would definitely go back here and I would second that. The location was understated, leisurely and traditional and we really enjoyed our leisurely lunch in this lovely water-side location.

I ordered the salmon tartare and the vegetarian pizza and oh, nothing could disappoint. Professional service, everyone knew what was happening and just showed a really great vibe. Recommending for a beautiful evening with a loved one. We then went upstairs to the live music and bar to finish the evening. Vora-Mar is a small friendly family business. Decorated all handmade. A money recommended. And we await you with open arms.
Very good pasta! Beautifully cooked and tasty pasty dishes. Tuna salad was also lovely. You donât get a lot (if youâre British youâll likely need something soon after) but highly recommended for lunch with a pretty view.

We had lunch at SaLlotja and were immediately addicted . A great location overlooking the marina of Cala Dor . Nicely designed and decorated with beautiful works of contemporary Spanish art ( some nice works by Amador and Broto ) . The terrace is spacious . And the food ! Good variety of interesting dishes that you donât find in every restaurant around the corner . We were delighted with the Frito of Chipirones and the Croquetas with ham , foie and apple Gelatine . The small Mediterranean soles are a real treat . Delicious !
