Booked this restaurant as a result of glowing reviews and those views were confirmed when we are there. Cosy place overlooking the sea above a cafe. Excellent menu and wine list. the waiter recommended a fabulous local wine which was reasonably priced. I could have chosen any number of main courses but we decided on the mixed paella. As good as anywhere Ive had in spain, lovely flavours and lots of meat, and shell fish/prawns. Complimentary drink given at the end of the meal as well. Really nice evening. Best meal of our holiday

Proper Spanish place doing all the favourites and doing them well. Very busy, and lovely service from a young woman who provided insights on what it's like to be young in Playa Blanca (very boring). She was from the Iberian peninsula. We came a second time on our last night! (It was shut).

We stopped here for lunch and ordered some tapas. They were great, especially the calamari, the mussels and the ham. Followed by an equally yummy applestrudel. Friendly service. We will come back.

Visited this restaurant after reading reviews on Trip Advisor. It is a taxi ride away from the centre of Playa Blanca, but worth the visit. We telephoned to book a table and order a paella which they will customize to your taste. When we arrived we were shown our table. we ordered a bottle of wine and the paella arrived seconds later. If you want something plain but so so good, you cant go wrong with fish & chips and Plaice in the Sun serves the best.Everything is freshly cooked and portion sizes are BIG.Sit on the terrace and enjoy and nice cold beer with outstanding views across to Fuerteventura.Highly recommended.

We had some delicious tuna here- amongst the best my wife has ever had. Tender and beautifully cooked; a bit pink, which you want otherwise it gets dry. Interesting and tasty sweet sauce. Excellent attentive service, free convenient parking and a smashing position on the port. Definitely recommend. Good value for money.

Ok folks if youâre looking for an alternative to the standard tourist fare along the promenade in Playa Blanca, look up.Sergio is a new place on the main pedestrian street overlooking the harbour.Itâs a really nice, small, quiet place. Which does Italian style food with a Canadian twist. Or Canadian food with an Italian twist.Either way, the food is as good as any properly good independent restaurant in the UK.Fresh local ingredients imaginatively prepared into really first class dishes.So, unless you really really need to have chicken nuggets walk past the cheap stuff on the promenade and try here.Youâll be glad you did.

We visited on our last night and it was amazing! The food, the service and the setting of the restaurant was beautiful. I would definitely recommend and return. All the food that was being served looked amazing and the owner was really welcoming and friendly. I just wish we had found it before our last night.
