We had the fried shrimp basket which was good and crispy as were the fried pickles. We were missing a side item, and everything else was just okay. We weren't dissatisfied, but not exactly motivated to go back.

Shaggy's is a fun, beach, laid back restaurant with locations on Biloxi Beach, Pass Harbor, Gulfport Beach and Pensacola Beach. The menu is creative fun food with great choices for almost anyone. Looking for the perfect place to hang out or kick back. Com
We were very satisfied with our first visit, and will be back the next time we visit the beach. We started with charbroiled oysters -- a first for both my wife and me. They were pretty good, but we enjoyed the ones we ate at other places more than these. For entrees, my wife had the fish basket, and I had the North Drop Tuna. My wife said the fish basket was very good. My tuna came perfectly cooked rare as ordered, and was pretty tasty. The rice was just so-so.Service was excellent. Beer selection isn't the best. The view is nice on the deck, but it can be hot if you've spent the day on the beach and are looking for some relief.

We enjoyed our first visit here! Beautiful restaurant, great duo playing and singing. The menu is amazing! We tried the onion ring and spinach dip appetizers (yum), the Caesar salad with blackened shrimp, and pork tenderloin. All were delicious! The Bread pudding is a MUST! We will be back!

My wife and I were down in Pensacola for the weekend and after a day looking around, we wanted to have a nice sunset dinner and drink by the beach. We added our names to the waitlist and then found a spot to kill time at the bar.Our bartender, Savannah, was awesome! Even though it was busy, she was very thoughtful and recommended various drinks. We were finally called to be seated and didn't move far from the bar and asked if we could sit down below by the beach. No problem, very accommodating. We sat for a few minutes and realized that the servers might've thought we were just sitting there enjoying drinks. I waved to one of the servers and let her know and she got her manager, Clayton. Awesome guy with a great attitude towards service, apologized. Wasn't necessary since it wasn't long that we were waiting, but he was truly sincere. Afterwards our server, Phillip, provided exceptional service. Between Savannah, Clayton, and Phillip, they made our night. Highly recommend if you're in town.

Named after "Frank and Lola," a 1982 Jimmy Buffett song about a couple on their second honeymoon in Pensacola, the restaurant features everything from steaks to fresh seafood and also has a full service bar in an upscale, casual atmosphere. Frank & Lola L
Super fresh food, great service and employees seem very happy. The appetizer crab cake is perfect for a meal if you don't want a large dinner, it was delicious. Tables at night outside are nice and you can hear the ocean. A bit dark but lovely. The prices compared to very touristy overrated restaurants can't be beat. We loved every meal.Thank you for the 5 bubble review! We are very happy that you enjoyed all of your dining experiences with us! We do not have any overhead lighting on the patio because of the sea turtle lighting laws. Inspired southern style. Simple yummy food from local ingredients. We invite you to relax and enjoy friends and family in our backyard with a view. We have the best 'backyard' on the beach with two white sand beaches, covered and grassy dining areas, lots
The hotel recommended this place, but I would not. Oysters were so-so at best. We both had the shrimp platter I had it grilled and the shrimp was good but the coleslaw was terrible, not taste at all.Hello Safari663313, thank you for dining with us and for taking the time to provide some valuable feedback. We are disappointed we did not exceed your expectations with your meal and will pass along your comments to our kitchen team. We apologize for the negative experience you had and hope one day we get the chance to welcome you back for an incredible visit.-Bradley D.

First time at restaurant, first time trying Flounder Chowder. Wife and I loved both. Place is huge and on the water. Chowder also had lots of shrimp and potatoes. Warm dinner rolls served with it. From the menu, the specialty drinks looked awesome as did the tower of onion rings we saw served. Also has a bandstand so I guess they have live music on weekend nights??We are pleased to hear you and your wife enjoyed our delicious chowder on your first visit to Flounder's. You're right, we do have music on our stage nightly during our busy months. Thank you for your review! We hope you are able to join us for some food and fun next time you visit.

Traditional New Orleans Seafood, Po'Boys, and Oyster Bar.
My husband & I are regular visitors to Pensacola Beach, but had never eaten at Cosse's. It's a convenient walk across the street from Emerald Isle where we are staying. Boy are we glad we gave Cosse's a try for lunch today. As others have stated, the dining area is small, but the efficient staff cleans tables promptly without making patrons feel hurried. My husband had the alligator/frog leg combo basket, I chose a alligator/oyster basket. Both were big hits! Even the fries that are seasoned just right were good. The spicy red gravy sauce that comes with these baskets was a huge hit, flavor really complimented our food choices. Will definately be repeat visitors from here on.
