However you can go in and buy quarts and gallons of freshly shocked oysters at retail prices. Located on North Street.Look in storms for local, fresh crystal seas. I wish more retail groceries carried this local product!

From the moment we stepped out of our car, we began to smile. The whimsical outdoor decor, with colorful pavers, and the fresh herb and tomato garden on either side of the front steps, set the tone for what awaited us inside. We were met by the owner Di (short for Diane) who was warm, friendly and good natured. We were escorted to a light and airy room and made to feel extremely welcome. The service was excellent and timely, only to be surpassed by the quality of our meal. The menu offered was clean, naturally wholesome, and eclectic...not your typical "beach fare". We ordered four different entrees;all were absolutely delicious! Many of the ingredients were locally sourced. Although we were stuffed we ordered dessert...so glad we did...what a treat! Having eaten in many resturants during this vacation, we all agreed that this experience far surpassed not only our expectations, but outshined all of the up-scale and more well-known resturants we sampled over the past seven days.If you are in the area, take the opportunity to enjoy a truely exceptional dining experience.Thank you for this beautiful word picture! We are glad you enjoyed your visit :)

We gave the place two chances. First day was breakfast and lunch which they serve all day. Didnât see anyone in kitchen using gloves. Took a long time for one of our meals to come out on the first day. The second day, husband picked the food up for take out and they did not get order right. They do offer delivery though. Our waitress was friendly enough. The table was sticky when we sat down and we cleaned it ourselves. The portions on the liver and onion plate were small.

Fresh local seafood and steaks
This restaurant has kept a consistent good standard throughout the years. Infamous for their seafood dishes and gumbo plus other delectable items on their menu. Staff are always friendly and compentant. They also have a great take out service and there is a cosy bar where you can wait while your order is fulfilled. Lovely sunset view from their outside deck.

Come for the view, the laid back mellow live music that doesnât interfere with conversation, the fresh squeezed lemonade, and remarkable mahi fish tacos with the perfect level of spice. This was our favorite meal during our visit to this part of the coast and reminds us of how we each should focus on the essential elements of what we do best, having full confidence that others will recognize essential perfection in that endeavor. Many thanks to Sea Level for a great memory and reminder!

We are originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast but have been displaced to the Pacific Northwest for a very long time. Whenever we visit home, we make it a point to eat at Pirate's Cove. Usually more than just once during our stays. The po'boys are terrific - the bread is perfect and loaded with whatever you pick. I've tried a number of different ones at Pirate's Cove, all of them very good and filling, but my go to favorites are shrimp and oyster. The staff is terrific.

Shaggy's is a fun, beach, laid back restaurant with locations on Biloxi Beach, Pass Harbor, Gulfport Beach and Pensacola Beach. The menu is creative fun food with great choices for almost anyone. Looking for the perfect place to hang out or kick back. Com
Seems my friends and I have developed a routine; having Thursday lunch st Shaggys. The Shaggy burger will call to you from the parking lot!!! Staff are fast, chef knows medium from well done; refills are timely. On a dare, I ordered the key lime pie, which caused a discussion of the color of the pie. Yellow is authentic, and green food coloring is added by unknowing short order cooks. Boomerang; we will be back like a stick returns to the thrower ....

My wife and I visited Hook while attending Cruzin The Coast event. We got there about 6:15 an were pleasantly surprised to get seated immediately. The interior of the restaurant is bright and cheery with many large windows. Unfortunately it is quite noisy due to hard walls and ceiling. The menu was seafood oriented with somewhat medium to upscale pricing on most items. Mixed drinks were $5.00 and $7.00. Not really sure why there was a price difference ? I ordered the Fried Crab Amandine and my wife ordered the shrimp platter. I got two crabs for $23 and she got about 12 fried shrimp for $19.50. Both came with a salad and side. Instead of fixing individual salads they brought out a bowl of mixed greens placed in the middle of the table and small plastic containers of salad dressing. We both enjoyed the salad dressing so that was a definite plus but had a tough time keeping greens on the flat saucer . What ever happened to salad bowls with sides ? The shrimp had a light batter and were probably 15-20 count. Fries were standard frozen shoe string with little taste but crunchy. I can't figure out why restaurants can't cut their own potatoes and do fries from scratch. There is a definite improvement in taste and it makes the meal more special. The shrimp were tasty and she was very happy. I had the soft shell crabs and that was a different story. Soft shell crabs are normally dry when cooked and should have been served flat with ample sauce over top to compensate for dryness. These were presented standing up to make a presentation so any sauce they might have had drained off. I would not order this again. The complete meal with 2 drinks came to $60.45 before tip. The same meal in a neighborhood seafood restaurant would probably be $20 less. We only had 2 entrees so you will have to rely on other reviews for other menu items. As mentioned in the title this is a nice little restaurant but not very memorable. We will probably try the other two main restaurants in PC before coming back to this one.
