Fancy Seafood is no longer in service since June 2016. There is a restaurant operating at the same location but it isnât named Fancy Seafood.
A variety of local food choices, food was good as was the service...we were the only customers when we were there (not sure why,,,usually see this as a sign of not good food but didn't think that was the case from our meals). Atmosphere is basic / nothing to write home about. I would go back here again if in Ochi and would recommend a stop here if you are looking for a fair priced authentic meal.

Luckily get chance to visit restaurants few times over the years. And credit goes to equally delicious food served over the time. That fact give restaurant quality name.Steam Red Snapper with okra, plantains is so delicious. And grilled chicken fantastic. Restaurant is well done with wine barrel as part of tables and chairs. Appelton Estate Rum is served and may notice professional service provided with local flair.

First time there but the customer service was great. Ordered jerk chicken, pork, sausage. All the staff was very friendly. It was a good crowd and they managed everyone well. To order sides was a different place to the side but not a problem.Good food, great service.
One of our best meals on holiday. There was so much food and fish was seasoned so good and I've eaten Snapper all my life LOL

Pleasure Cove is a "really FREE" beach, situated near WHITE RIVER in the parish of St. Mary, Jamaica, 1 minute outside Ocho Rios, Jamaica. They have a lovely cove area with shade & free WI-FI. A truely local vibe can be found here. There is a bar and rest
We feel like we hit the jackpot with Pleasure Cove Beach. We are staying in a nearby set of villas and wanted to go a lovely beach without paying lots of cash for each member of our extended family. At Please Cove, the kids played with abandon for two days. One of those days we had the entire beach to ourselves. It's the perfect size, depth, and shelf for two preschoolers who want to run in and out of the water. The landscape is lush and shaded, with gorgeous foliage and a big almond tree contouring the beach. The restaurant was a great shelter during a rainy day with occasional downpour. We didn't order entrees since we had cooked meals back at our villas but feasted on sides -- fresh batter and fresh fry. Sharing the cove with Couples San Souci was insignificant in the quality of our experience.Knowing about this place may affect our future travel plans for figuring out where to stay on the island -- a real gem!

The #1 and Original Seafood Restaurant in Jamaica. We specialize in seafood of all kind done any way you desire
Was staying at the Moon Palace, wanted local fresh seafood. The valet and cab driver recommended Dave's for fresh seafood. Took about 10 minutes to get there, the place looked deserted but soon got busy. I wanted escovitch Red Snapper, they brought out 4 fresh fish different sizes for me to choose from. My partner had the Jerk Lobster, it was spicy and delicious, the snapper was delicious as well. The staff was outstanding, very easy going and pleasing.A must visit place when in Ocho Rios.

Our tour guide, Sean (with Marvyn Tours), stooped is by this location to enjoy the view of the cruise port and the overlook of downtown Ochos Rios. My surprise, there was a cruise ship docked this day, but the crowd was a decent size to where we in and out within 15minutes. The view was amazing. They have photographers there that offer to take your pictures, but they donât really hassle you about actually purchasing the pictures. The photographer we had was generous enough to take pictures with his camera, then even offered to take our pictures using our own phones.

My wife and I enjoyed a very pleasant evening at the Spring Garden. We were on a mission for Conch and they provided. Dinner started with Conch fritters, the last they had. A nice mixture of seasoning and conch. The main course was jerked conch. Nicely spiced, perfectly cooked. Conch can be rather chewy if overdone and this cooked to perfection. Dinner was complemented with Presecco. Desert was a chocolate cake that was moist and flavorful. Grand total with tip $125 U.S. If you are in Ocho Rios, I highly recommend the Spring Garden. The best meal we had in Jamaica.Thank you for sharing your dining experience with us Robert B!!! We are honored the the excellent rating and thankful that you enjoyed our variety of conch selections on our menu. I'm delighted you selected a few of my personal favorites, to include our chocolate dessert and wine selection. I do hope you return to Jamaica. We went here on our last night in Ocho Rios. Perfect choice. All tables are located on the veranda overlooking their piers and the ocean. We were warmly greeted and just loved our waitress - Roshiel. She couldn't have been nicer. Based on her recommendation, two of us had the fish of the day - Kingfish; while I had the smoked seafood platter. The fish was fresh and done perfectly. While they didn't have lobster this evening, the Kingfish was substituted. More than I could eat. Wine list is good and reasonable. To top it all off, Chef Conroy gave us a ride back to our rented condo just down the road. Perfect!Hello bobogado, thank you for your review of Christopher's.We are delighted to here of how fantastic your dining experience was. Thanks for taking the time out to highlight our staff members as they displayed the true Jamaican warmth an hospitality. We look forward to welcoming you back to host another unforgettable dining experience.
