After viewing the film Cucini this spring, we searched out the five chefs and venues detailed in the film. La Marchsella is very near Pozzuoli, where we used to live and are now visiting, and we were delighted to see that it is open for lunch.We made our way there and parked inside their gate and then enjoyed a tranquil and delicious meal. We skipped the appetizers -- although they sounded very good -- and went for two different pasta dishes. The ravioli were so light and velvety. And the carbonara had a touch of saffron, giving it a golden hue. Then we ordered one fish and one meat dish and greatly enjoyed them.After desserts, the best was yet to come, when Gena Iodice, the chef interviewed in the film, came out and talked with us for about ten minutes. Che bella, che brava! She and her family are maintaining a wonderful family tradition.

We have been there with friends from the States living and working in the Neapolitan area. Difficult to find as our gps didn't work but we phoned the restaurant and a nice lady speaking English guided us. A sophisticated and contemporary location in a historical building. A captivating menu and a friendly and professional staff guided us to choose among delicious dishes. Lavish desserts ended our dinner and the bill was surprisingly cheap! To repeat asap!

We had a wonderful night at Masseria Antuono. We were warmly welcomed by the extremely friendly staff. The food was deliciously prepared and unique. We had the set menu which provided many tasty and different antipasti. We chose the grilled steak for the main course, which came with a fresh salad and roasted potatoes. The steak was a quality cut of meat, that is cut there in front of you. We had the house wine, which was very good. The place was cozy and charming, and welcoming to all ages. Many children were playing outside in the various areas available to them. Thank you Masseria Antuono for a wonderful evening. We will definitely be back to see you again.

The restaurant served a wonderful mix of house special appetizers with something to please everyone! The pizza options include the standard single portion or a long version to be shared by the table. A very friendly but still professional atmosphere. There is also a large parking area on the restaurant property (which eliminates one of the problems usually faced with going out in Naples).

Since we were staying at the hotel at this restaurant, we ate here 3 times during our stay. There was a wide assortment of traditional foods on the menu but we know the region is famous for its pizza so we tried a different one each time. Each one we chose was delicious. We ordered glass of wine to accompany the savory dinner and enjoyed the elegant and pleasant ambience outside in a covered area.

As for me this is a strange place from the very beginning. All YOU CAN EAT formula is available only on particular days at particular hours and can be booked through FACEBOOK only. Space wise the table we were put at (right by the kitchen) was really small = hard to come in and out even if you are not tall. Sashimi (raw fish) can be ordered twice by each person so as tartars. And that is really ANNOYING! Most of the items on the menu include fried stuff which personally I donât fancy at all. I am an experienced sushi eater and this place is NOT for me. Sorry canât rate this restaurant even as âvery goodâ. Was just OK! The fact that you MUST eat your dinner during some window hours is rather inconvenient. Sounds like âpound ur food down and get the heck out of hereâ! Do NOT recommend.

This is the best Sushi restaurant in all of Italy. With an exceptional and indisputable menu.The physical space is wonderful and very cozy. And not to mention the wines that are the best! What a wonderful restaurant. We ate here several times while staying in Vomero. The menu changes often but the fresh pasta that they serve and sell in their adjoining store is heavenly. The owners are the most gracious,friendly and forgiving restaurant owners you will ever meet. I say forgiving because the last time we ate there I dumped my desert in my lap and made a mess on the floor under our table and was told not to worry they would clean up the mess and me. I went to the wash room, which is a little tight, and promptly knocked over a glass lantern which exploded all over the restaurant. I offered to pay for the damages and was again told not to worry. Back to the food. Most of the dishes are receipts from Granny's in their family. Very basic food done very well. I can't recommend this traittoria enough. Please eat here and mention my review. I am sure they will remember the guy who destroyed the place.Thanks From The Heart, It was a real pleasure to have two diners like you And I repeat that Nothing happened irreparable. My husband and I went to this restaurant as our hotel recommended it. It was full of locals which is a great sign and they don't speak much English at all so we let them order for us. The food was delicious and so reasonably priced for seafood.You must try the Zuppa di Cozza as it's their speciality although the hotel assured me that everything on the menu was equally delicious!!We'd love to go back!!
