75 year oldtime Waterfront Restaurant and Bar with a Million Dollar view. Local seafood. Both local and national entertainment with no cover charge. Recommended by Southern Living, Coastal Living, Florida Travel & Life, Boston Globe, and American Airlines
We stopped just because we had stopped at the store and were curious. We were able to sit dockside. Hear good music and the food was better than expected. The boom boom shrimp tacos shouldnât be missed. And the key lime pie was very good.

Stopped into Bonefish last weekend and had an amazing experience sitting in the lounge section in a booth. Our server Ashley was friendly and attentive. She also knew the menu extremely well and made excellent recommendations! We decided to order an array of appetizers, including the mussels, the large order of sashimi and the bang bang shrimp . Everything met or exceeded our expectations. For desert we got the GF brownie sundae and the creme brûlée, both of which were generous in portions and a perfect way to complete a perfect evening. We definitely cannot wait to come back!

We visited the Tarpon Lodge with neighbors who were led there by a friend. It's a little out of the way on Pine Island near Cape Cora; in SW Florida. Excellent food and excellent "Old Florida" environment. More than worth the visit. We went for Lunch and the menu ranged from a hamburger to a lovely mushroom ravioli. Good restaurants are at a premium in this area and this one just increased the supply by one.Thank you for your review. We are so glad you enjoyed the food and the atmosphere! We hope to see you again soon.

Poor service.Poor quality food tonight.Wife's sweet potato fries were waffled, dry, and luke warm. Had to have been sitting in the kitchen awhile. My hamburger looked like a perfectly shaped frozen one.My onion rings were also dry, not fresh, and luke warm. Very disappointed.Only positive was Jerry Burton, the entertainment.

We went to Hooked for lunch on a lazy Monday afternoon. The service was good, but on island time. The restaurant is fun, decorated well, and has an island vibe to it. We sat at the outside bar and enjoyed the swings while sipping on a Gator Bite and waiting on our lunches. We ordered the Soft-shell Crab Sandwich because of the waitresses suggestion and the Watermelon Buffalo Fried Chicken Sandwich. The soft-shell was out of this world. Battered and flavored, moist and crunchy, fresh and cooked to perfection. The chicken sandwich was sweet from the watermelon and spicy too. The batter was crispy and chicken cooked just right. The Gator Bite was fruity and sweet and cold on that hot day.

Casual dining, fun atmosphere, outdoor seating, live entertainment 7 days a week.
been going to Miceli's since they took over for Matlacha Oyster Bar...usually awesome, but today my wife's prime rib was awful...yes the server offered to replace it after we had eaten, but trying to be nice she said ' no, that's okay '...I figured they'd adjust the bill, but they did not...I just hope this isn't an indication that they're usually high standards are going downhill...

Olde Fish House Marina located in Matlacha Florida, outdoor seating on the water. Seafood Market and Restaurant only serves fresh local seafood right off our boats. Watch the fish being unloaded as you sit and relax old Florida style.
Ate lunch after a couple hours out paddle boarding. Food was soooooo good! Had fish dip appetizer, which was smoked mahi made into a dip with fresh tortilla chips. Also had grouper tacos, mango salsa was great. Coleslaw was interesting, had coconut in it, yum! Last we had some Cajun sweet potato fries, amazing! Definitely would come back. Donât get your food super fast, but that is ok because you can tell it is freshly made.

The goal of Blue Dog was to open a small, neighborhood restaurant in Matlacha, Florida the town we love. Our focus is on the small things that belong in a neighborhood restaurant. Being genuinely friendly, knowing the names of our guests and serving fresh
I ordered fried shrimps and were tasting as if they were kept in highly chlorinated ice or water prior to frying. Never tasted shrimps like this ever. Service was ok, I only enjoyed my ice cold beer. I donât believe that these cooks know what theyâre doing. I wouldnât even give it a one star rating. If I donât feel good tonight, I would definitely complain to the health department.
