If you want the best oyster sandwich this is the place to go. We always do takeout so Iâm not sure how it is to eat there. Do call ahead even though the wait usually isnât too long....but a warm summer weekend it can be a bit of a wait. A must eating spot when we n Rockaway

Ask anyone who has spent time at The Jetty Fishery and they will tell you that it is much more than a business. The Laviolette family has operated the Jetty for over 40 years. They have expanded the fishery from an RV park and boat rental facility to incl
We found this place on a whim and absolutely loved it! The owner is a no nonsense retiree who refuses to take reservations - wants a stress free life - and the signage throughout the park reflects that as well as her personality. There are 15 sights total - power and water only. It has clean facilities, a great store, and a cook to order crab shack that is to die for! The views are stunning and the atmosphere is laid back, casual, and simply fabulous! We can't wait to go back.

Enjoyed a very nice evening at Salmonberry with friends. Between the three of us we had a couple adult beverages and ordered their very fresh halibut and rockfish tacos. If weather permits sit on the back deck, which overlooks the Nehalem. Servers were very engaging, which made the experience even more special.

I made my reservation months in advance for my birthday. We got there early and were hustled across the street into a moldy musty unused room with the ceiling falling down! My heart sank. We did our best to enjoy our evening which was to have been the highlight of our week end, but I felt unhappy and uneasy. Our server ran back and forth across the street . Nobody was happy with their meal. This is in direct contrast to our last visit there which was 5 stars for all of us. I will never return. We do apologize for assuming you would be happy across the street, as many party's previously have. My issue with your unhappiness is, why wait to complain days after the fact ? If it is a problem now, why was it apparently not an issue during the event when we had the opportunity to make things right ? Instead you make untrue comments that is hurtful to a small business and have no bearing on the issue besides putting false information on social media. I cannot as the chef, take this to be anything more than fictions hit job when it is brought to light days after the fact. Your words would certainly have been heard, and action would have been taken into consideration had they been verbalized at the time of service, instead you seem content with creating unhappiness, leaving us with no options, which is grossly unfair. I vehemently deny ALL your accusations as untrue. Please reconsider your approach in the future.

We decided to try a number of things. The prawn, mango, avocado salad. The calamari. The clam chowder and risotto. The tiramisu. The only thing that fell short was the dessert. As a connoisseur of tiramisu, I was a bit disappointed. Otherwise, along with a lovely bottle of wine, everything was excellent.

The Big Wave Café is a casual theme dock and farm to table restaurant open daily for lunch and dinner.
We ordered a ruben sandwich, crab cakes, chicken sandwich and fish n' chips; total bill was $73. Very reasonable in my opinion and the food and service was very good! We would recommend this stop for any meal! They were very busy and the owner was out greeting guests and checking on the food and service; we were very impressed!

Stopped here for an early dinner. Weather was nice so we sat outside. I had the cuban sandwich which was pretty good. Nice view from the outside deck. Service was inconsistent ... greeted quickly but went downhill from there. Inside appeared pretty dark without much if any atmosphere. We get to Rockaway quite often; not sure we'd return. They do have Happy Hour ... but only available in the lounge -- couldn't even see the menu to see if we were interested in it.
