This is a classic "restaurant" in Talatona, mostly appreciated for lunch by the workers of the vicinity. For those who don't know, you scale your plate and pay by weight... I don't know if there is a menu and dish selection, probably in the evenings. There is a fairly large buffet selection and a BBQ with a good variety of meats (such as picanha). The ambiance is more of a large canteen, though not as noisy. The waiters were in general not sympathetic, and my waitress was not patient with people not speaking well Portuguese, such a pain.

This restaurant is great. The first time we visited they were pretty full but the host found us a table in only a few minutes. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely responsive. They have beach front access.

Don't expect anything special from this place. I went with a friend for dinner and we had dinner on the terrace which is very dark. Only Portuguese speaking people so be ready. I had codfish, which is one of the speciality of Angola (ex Portuguese colony), which was nothing special, it was thin and full of bones. My friend had picañha, and also the meat wasn't great. Maybe we were unlucky but the place is not worth for money. Paid 15,000 kwanza (almost 100 dollars at official change) and left disappointed.

We frequent this bar with friends. It has a good view and seems to be pretty popular. Menu is only in Portuguese and staff don't speak in English. Point and order works. Service is slow but on the plus side all cocktails have large percentage of alcohol in it. Food takes a long time to come. Fruit juice is rarely available.Wheelchair accessible. Toilets are clean but a long way off. Food is good and simple. Prices are mid range.Plenty parking available on site. Place is also know as Club Naval. Reservation might be necessary later in the evening.

This little hidden away gem has good fish and is a popular local spot. We ordered a big grouper which we split amongst our large group. It was perfectly cooked. The large prawns on skewers were over cooked and stuck to the shell. The beer is nice and cold. There is a back room that is air conditioned and highly recommended. This restaurant is down an alley and it seems very wrong trying to find the entrance. Go with someone who has been before. You pick out your various seafood to eat from the front and they grill it up for you and bring it to the table. Nice place.

Best place in Luanda's island to lie on the beach. Great decor and a very clean place. Beach space well organized and confortable. It has also a good restaurant, with good food and very good portuguese wines, although a little pricey.

We had a business dinner at Cais de Quatro on a Monday night and it was exceptional. The service was on point and the food was excellent. The sushi, fish and steaks were all very good, as was the wine. Itâs a beautifully decorated restaurant with amazing views of the bay. A lovely experience.

Had a business lunch here. The decor is elegant with an African twist. Service was excellent and the food to match. A bit more expensive than others in the area but absolutely worth it. The portions are not tiny so come hungry. Will definitely return.
