Westhead Fish & Chips is a very traditional Chippy, we serve fresh fish on a daily basis and traditional thick-cut chips, with sides such as mushy peas, gravy and homemade curry. It's important to us to maintain the traditional ways, and not changing the
Have visited the Westhead many times over the years. Fish and Chip supper consistently excellent with beautifully light batter and always non-greasy. Have rarely found better around the UK.

We are a family run Fish and Chips Shop serving all your traditional favourites. Situated on Hough Lane, in the heart of Leyland, Lancashire.
We visited for a cheeky lazy tea. Such great friendly service. Chips werenât ready so the owner said sit outside and sheâd bring them out to us as it was a really hot day. Best chips we have had in ages and the steak pudding was great too. Will be visiting again.

This is not a grand restaurant just a couple of tables to the rear of the frying pans in this local chippy but the best traditional fish and chips you will find anywhere. My special fish chips peas bread and butter with a cup of tea at £6,40 was absolute delicious, light batter fresh white fish cooked to perfection, crisp chips and generous helping of peas. Portions made it difficult to leave a clean plate while the service was both friendly and speedy.

Seafood and Steakhouse restaurant in the heart of Preston City Centre... Open seven day's for lunch and dinner. Weekly specials menu, lunch & early dining from £9.95
The Theatre Street bar is pleasantly furnished but the food was average and the wine was poor. We ordered a Merlot and when it came it was warm. It had obviously been close to something hot. The staff hadn't noticed it's warmth but made no bones about replacing it. It wasn't a good Merlot even when at a proper temperature. Service was good.
