Reviews on Seafood food in Kuwait City, Kuwait. The economic, cultural, and political capital of Kuwait, Kuwait City sits on the shores of the Persian Gulf, and is a mixture of exclusive Western-style hotels, designer shopping malls, traditional Islamic architecture, street markets, and still war torn buildings. The painted steel Kuwait Towers are the symbol of the city, and feature a viewing platform and restaurant looking out over Kuwait. Visit the Sadu House to learn about Bedouin culture and shop for handmade crafts and fabrics.

Located in the Old Souk quarter we settled at about 20.oo and the fried fishm chicken, kebab, rice and leafy salad were pricey but eloquent. Serving was prompt and generous. Despite the non existence of a wash room and the queuing for a collective and the not very interesting habitat the food offered had not odd corners or mass market simplification. Preparation was observable and the meaningful exchanges with the suggestive informal waiting most accommodating. Not scoring high in exotic or varietal character it would merit special consideration had it not overcompensated itself on the expensive side. Humble abode with no special comforts and possibly difficult when the weather becomes very hot.

I visited it for dinner, by the way this restaurant used to be the best sea food restaurant in Kuwait, but reference to my last visit it's not, limited selection of main and side dish, the main course is a lobster tail and a small piece fish , didn't meet my expectations, in general it's an average taste , quality and service resturant. Not sure If I will visit it again. Dear khalid4kac,Thank you for taking the time to review us on TripAdvisor.
