Greek food with fresh local cuisine and a warm hospitality!!! The best moussaka of the city is a cooked traditional dish, a unique buckwheat with local calf milk, a recipe for grandmother's recipe and many Greek appetizers that await you to enjoy them wit
We received a very warm welcome from George. Very popular restaurant, we managed to get a table around 9pm without booking. The best moussaka!!! Highly recommend. Husband had the meatballs. Complimentary Ouzo was a nice finishing touch. Would recommend.

Trip Advisor does it again - nothing between Very Good and Average!!To say this taverna is average would be misleading.....Firstly it is well out of town and dependent on the local catchment which includes a number of mid/low range hotels - would I walk from Kos Town centre to sample it - no - there are better choices centrallyHowever service great/very popular/cheaper than others and certianly best locally It was so busy the night we were in - September! - that it was all a bit chaoticFirstly we would like to let you know that many guests are coming from very far nearly every day.Which of course we appreciate it very much. Also concerning your review you do not mention ANYTHING ABOUT THE FOOD. Our location is seen very well in this site so if you did not like it from the very start you would not choose it. The hotels are many years there and i believe you did not come to review the HOTELS! In conclusion it is still your opinion and it is our goal to fulfil everybody's appetite with a family way. Because we love what we are doing with all our heart.

Do not bypass this place. Very pretty place, attentive staff, amazing food and the cleanest bathrooms on the island. Family run and they take pride in their business. We ate here before travelling and made sure we had our last lunch here on the way back. The Avocado salad was delicious and something I will replicate at home. Gorgeous meat balls and Saganaki to die for. You will not have a bad meal here.

We went to Yorgoâs after reading great reviews on TripAdvisor and we werenât disappointed. We were greeted by a lovely friendly gentleman and seated at a great seaside table. The food was excellent. We were recommended a different traditional Greek starter from what we had in mind and it was a treat. We then had the mixed fish dish for 2 and it was beautiful! Fresh Snapper and Sea Bass grilled and filleted in front of us, calimari, mussels and large prawns. We were stuffed afterwards, but really enjoyed the beautiful fresh fish. So much so we went back a second time in a week and this time only had the sharing dish and it was just as delicious as the first time!

Our Ark stumbled on Bouboulina Street 14 in Kos in May 2015 ... It is a small family business that offers Armenian and Greek cuisine. We loved what we do and we try to communicate it to all of you.
Walked past and checked TripAdvisor as we were looking for food, and this was #10 on the island, so thought why not.Can see why the reviews are so good, friendly staff, varied menu of both Greek and Armenian food. And reasonable pricesWhilst waiting we were given a couscous salad on the house, as we're other patrons. And when the food arrived, the portions were large. Not just ours but all of the diners. And it was delicious, Only 30 seconds from the marina, and Dolphin Square, I'd recommend Noahd Ark to everyone.

Re-read reviews before I wrote this..... just didnât get the reason for rave reviews on our visit. Yes... staff were friendly and welcoming. Yes... the food was good but not exceptional. Everything reasonably priced. During our holiday we had better experiences in other restaurants. Unfortunately (for me) there was a cat wandering around and jumping up onto (thankfully) other diners which made the visit uncomfortable for me. Sorry!
