Inspired by adventure, we cook sustainable seafood over charcoal in a Mibrasa oven.
We arrived late after a beautiful day welcoming our newest grandchild. We were very hungry and really loved the menu choice, the quick service and the delicious food. Our lovely Canadian waitress was delightful. We throughly enjoyed our experience as did many others around us judging by their happy faces and empty plates. We would recommend it. Thanks

Moxhe is a Modern Australian restaurant with a focus on Fresh Seafood. It was started up by partners Helen Diab and David Coumont, and the name comes from David's home village in Belgium. "We love Australian Seafood. The concept of our restaurant is to br
We attended at Moxhe, without a reservation; on a Friday evening. The cheerful staff member accommodated us with a great table. The food was more than delicious. We started with an amuse bouche and then by sharing three different flavours of Sydney rock oysters, then mussels smoked on a bed of lucerne, then squid in a ink jus, with freekah and cucumber, and prawn tortellini. For main we shared sea bream, with pipis, cockles or vongole (depending on where you hail from) and green vegetables. Topped off with banana gelato and chocolate entremet for the dessert lovers. The menu is based around whatever chef has bought at the dayâs market. Not a cheap restaurant but very worthwhile for delicious fresh, carefully considered food. We recommend Moxhe highly,Hi Andrew! Thanks for your kind words, iâll Pass them to the team. Iâm glad you enjoyed your time with us.

Tetsuya's serves a Degustation menu of Eight courses. The menu is unique and is based on the Japanese philosophy of using natural seasonal flavours enhanced by classic French technique and utilising the freshest possible ingredients. Tetsuya designed his
The food was FABULOUS....!!! Unfortunately, despite the well-groomed and obvious experience in the wait staff, they were somewhat ambivalent toward us - each paying $240 for food alone one would expect a little warmth toward the guest....none...!!!As we sat, we were asked if we were celebrating something special to which we replied yes, we were - at no point did the ask what we were celebrating or if we enjoyed the course as it was cleared....just going through the motions of clearing and delivering the next course...!!! Scripted descriptions of the delivered food with zero interaction....!!Sadly, we had been looking forward to this dining experience for ages and we were extremely disappointed....!!!

Saint Peter showcases Australian sustainably sourced seafood. Our menu changes daily, as we choose the best quality fish available. In addition to serving the freshest fish, our custom designed cool room allows us to offer an exciting new option of dry-ag
Whilst there is some good fish cookery to be experienced, here, overall the whole experience was lacking consistency and polish. The oysters were obviously being shucked by someone inexperienced as they took an eternity to arrive and once they arrived, there was grit and broken shell galore. The taramasalata was more like cream with a touch of cod roe. Pretty uninspiring. The scallops were ok, but kitchen trickery is going on where they slice one scallop into three to make it go further. The service was initially attentive, but then it quickly dropped off a quick and we had to almost shout to get noticed by someone. Not entirely convinced I would return here. The food and service is not up to the standards demanded by the price charged.
