Reviews on Seafood food in Kapolei, Hawaii, United States. Kapolei, named for the volcanic cone Pu'u o Kapolei (loosely meaning "hill of beloved Kapo"), is locally known as Oahu's "second city" after Honolulu. Built on former sugarcane and pineapple plantations, Kapolei is an affluent and vibrant city that is growing rapidly. It has an ever-changing urban scene as well as the Ko Olina resort and marina community and the Disney Aulani Resort. Sportsmen can play a round of golf at the Ko Olina Golf Club before a sophisticated evening on the town.

In a very casual, rustic order-at-counter restaurant setting with limited seating, the Shack provided outstanding food from coconut shrimp to steak to kalbi shortribs. The entire family of 12, including adults and teenagers, all enjoyed the food. Super ambiance although very casual. Must visit!

Have been to Aulani before. Was shocked to see whole centre under construction. No mention on website. Heavy machinery in operation which didnât enhance the ambience. Because half the site is closed off everyone is in the same space. It seemed very crowded and congested not relaxing at all trying to get around. After walking the whole site to get to this restaurant, we were ignored at the hostess desk for 5 minutes. We had reservations, so once we were acknowledged we were sat at a nice table on the edge with the view. Waitress forgot my drink order so I didnât get anything until after the main arrived as she disappeared in the intervening period. Staff were either hiding and goofing around out the back or chatting at the waiters station. My husband had the burger which he said was very fatty and made him feel sick all afternoon. I had the chicken sandwich which once salted tasted pretty good but the ciabatta was very stale. The side salad was the best thing, very fresh. Go for the views, it is a very nice setting looking over the beach but donât expect too much from the food, and it is pretty pricey but itâs Disney.

A line-to-table seafood restaurant operated by celebrity chef Michael Mina, showcasing panoramic beach and ocean views from the multi-level decks, plus feet-in-the-sand beachside dining. Dine on fresh catches with a local brew or wine from our extensive b
Celebrated our daughterâs wedding weekend at FS Oahu. Friday night dinner and welcome party for 50 at the Fish House and party on Holokea Deck. Incredible service and hospitality. Thank you FS Oahu for making this the most incredible wedding weekend ever. Canât wait to return!

We enjoyed this little restaurant so much we ate there several times. Authentic Hawaii dishes, locally sourced farm to table offerings, friendly service, good prices and casual ambience.

We were at Ka Makana Ali'i shopping mall during dinner time. We were going to a large chain restaurant and found it wasn't opened yet. After smelling seafood and the small crowd gathering outside and curious about the seafood boil served in bags, we decided to try it. There was a waiting list but it was no more than 10-15 minutes for a busy Saturday night. My husband ordered the Dunguness crab but they were all out so he ordered the King Crab, mild. You can choose your seafood, either combo, or ala carte with your level of spicy. He said the mild needed more kicking. My daughter had the clam chowder; it was smooth and creamy, yum! She also had the cold shrimp cocktail which she loved too. I had the clam's in garlic butter sauce; it was a little bit garlicky for me but very good. The clams were tender and good size clams. I also had the fried mozzarella sticks, those were excellent. All in all, it was excellent and we can't wait to go back.
