Once in your life you should visit Vis in Croatia and once there go to Stara Teza. This restaurant offers wonderful food, great prices and genuine friendly hospitality. Highlights were scallops with almond and langoustine sauce, tender lamb cutlets with polenta, cuttlefish risotto, gorgonzola pannacotta, tuna steak with roast cauliflower puree-in fact every dish was beautifully conceived and cooked, with served in a stone courtyard covered in bougainville. The desserts were perfect-orange and carob cake and pannacotta flavoured with white chocolate. Go early as it gets popular towards 730 so you can enjoy the nicest staff you'll meet in a long time-maybe you'll hear about their role in Mama Mia 2 which was shot on Vis!

Definitely not a restaurant for normal families.Yes the location is a dream, but come on, things and portions are getting funny. It is a restaurant who definitely attracts the yachts.I hope the croatian tourisms gets a cut in near term. Local people cant afford a simple pljeskavica anymore with kids.

We are small family restaurant situated in Milna bay on island Vis. Milna is peaceful bay in SE side of island with two small beachesand restouran is twenty metres from the beach. From our restorant terrace tere is a beautifull seaview on Budihovac islet.
Our B-Day dinner was amazing. We had a very fresh and tasty fish, was the catch of the day, the service was nice and the prices were normal. On top you get a nice view over Milna bay, which looks like a dream.

Had reservations to dine here while on a small-boat cruise through the Dalmatian islands. Our overall experience was very good ⦠the food was very good and extremely fresh (as in the fish had been swimming in the Adriatic about 24 hours earlier). What made the evening memorable, though, was the excellent service (our server was VERY patient with our lack of Croatian and gave some excellent guidance) and the setting was beautiful, dining in what could best be described as an interior courtyard. While it may not have been our favorite restaurant of the cruise, this was only because there were some unbelievable dining experiences on other islands and I would whole-heartedly recommend stopping in for dinner.

I accidentally discover this place. Ambient was really nice, servis awesome and food even better. Owner also came to ask is everything ok and to show hospitality. Prawn salad was absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommend this place and I'll come again for sure.

Service was very slow and unfriendly. It took an hour (!) for the starter (cold plate) to arrive! No appetizer of any kind. Food was nothing special at all. So, unfortunately, we cannot recommend going there. We really wonder where the certificate of excellence (including 2019?!) comes from, we guess, the owner changed.

We have been to Ines several times in last ten years. She is still number one for peka in the island. Everything she serves is from island. yesterday we ate lamb and veal peka, home made bread, homemade bazga juice, some figs and chocolate cake. We were with our nieces and they played with owners dog.If you want to experience island life belotovo is still place to go...

The restaurant is nicely located at the harbor. The service was quick and the waiters were very friendly. The seafood was excellent (along with grilled vegetables and potatoes). The pricing is reasonable. All in all a great evening. I would recommend making a reservation.

It is a drive away from the coast, but if you have time and the means to get there, its a must visit place. Beautiful place and wonderful people. The food was excellent, and the local wine was great. I would be there tomorrow if I lived close by.

Fort George is over 200 years old fortress restored in an event venue consisting of restaurant, lounge bar, night club, art gallery and history exhibition room.
Unfriendly chef. We came on a public holiday at 1pm and the place was closed because of preparations for a private event. Not just that we couldn't grab a drink but we couldn't neither have a quick walk although the place was empty (and we did a great journey just to get there).Thank you for your review! We are sorry that you decided to make a journey to the fort without previously checking our website and enter although the sign on the door stated we were closed for a private event. We are sure you can appriciate our respect to our clients who have privatized the venue for their wedding.
