Best meal I had in Hakuba! I ordered the chirashi bowl and devoured it! The sashimi was so fresh! Better than the sushi I had in the Tsukiji Outer Market in Tokyo. The menu is like a booklet. Very extensive and offers different menu sets. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Awesome soba, best we have had. The Unagi is taken from the tank and grilled for you. Takes about 20 minutes but it is the best you will eat. Traditional Japanese eatery with no frills but tremendous food. If you canât tell the difference between fair and great Japanese food this might be wasted on you.

The rotisserie chickens here with side veg and/or salad make great take home dinners. (or delivery in winter).Fish and chips also great, all expected condiments are available.Fish or chicken tacos are probably my favorite off the regular menu. But this guy always comes up with tasty specials to keep things interesting, and they are always good.
