Had dinner there last night. As always the food was excellent. Service was a little slow, but not bad. We have eaten there many times and have been very satisfied, but the best part of last night's experience was that they have a summer special....almost everything on the menu is $11.95 including soup or salad, fresh baked small loaves of bread, entree, beverage and dessert.The dessert was a little skimpy but at that price we could not complain. The rest of the meal was very filling.

We came here for food and live music and everything was great! The garlic stuff they serve with the calamari was amazing!!! The menu is great with a lot of great options and the drinks and service were excellent! Great place!!!

Came in as it was recommended by a friend, so my expectations were set. I had a steak, and based on what they charged for it, I was expecting something better than what I got. It was tough and not very flavorful. The ambiance was not that impressive either. It was very reminisce of a chain-type restaurant and the staff didn't look all that enthusiastic about providing great service... which they didn't. All in all, I'll pass.

Between the well documented roach infestation (as described in the Palm Beach Post on April 24, 2017), the indifferent service, and the multiple reports of food poisoning, I do not know why anyone would risk eating at Nicoles. There are many great dining establishments in Palm Beach County -- this is clearly not one of them! Eat here at your own risk...

We were recommended by friends to this free-standing pub-type eatery with plenty of free parking and we were not disappointed. My wife and I have traveled quite extensively in Portugal over the past 40 years and this typical sports/soccer bar/restaurant could have been lifted from any small town square anywhere in that country. We both shared pork dishes, hers chops with fries and rice; and mine spicy pork chunks with diced roasted potatoes, cauliflower and peppers. Both were delicious, and at only $31 for both together, rather reasonable. We also ordered a well-chilled inexpensive bottle of Portuguese vinho verde and shared a portion of creamy flan for dessert. Service by young Karen was very good. We were the only patrons when we arrived on a weeknight at 6PM, and only 2 other tables were taken when we left at 7:15. We left with enough from our meals to comprise a second meal, so the $65 bill for our food, tip and tax was reasonable for the amount we were served. We recommend this place though it is not at all fancy. The food is the big draw here, not the decor.Thank you for visiting Portugal and our restaurant...Yes we focus on authenticity and our food not the decor..We really do appreciate your business.
