Find out what Seafood restaurants to try in Granada. The Alhambra citadel of Granada is one of the most famous buildings in Spain: a Moorish fortress with grand archways and delicate ornamental mosaics. Step backwards in time as you wind through the ascending cobblestone streets of Albayzin. You’ll be rewarded with beautiful views from the Mirador San Nicolas. Granada’s nightlife is vibrant and varied, thanks in part to its student population. Hit the bars of Calle Elvira or, for a quieter outing, the traditional tea rooms of La Calle de Las Teterias.

Los Diamanté’s is the seafood restaurant in Granada, always busy with decent seafood. The advantage of side tapas when you order a drink is a good one. This is a more expensive meal than most you can find in this tourist part of town but worth it. Just good seafood done well. We had the assorted fried fish plate just typical nothing special, but the tuna steak was the best,

On the back of some good reviews on TA we tried this out for dinner last night and we were not disappointed. Really nice seafood, good local atmosphere and excellent service made this a good night out.The menu is pretty much all seafood so you know that’s their specialty, but it was all very fresh and tasty. As is the Granada way you also get tapas with each drink, seafood of course! With so many touristy restaurants around this one slightly off the beaten track is worth the visit, opens at night after 8.30pm.Thanks for this lovely review Tim! We really care about the quality of our products and we love you enjoyed them, kind regards.

This place is very expensive. We spent 60 euros lunch for two. The seafood is mostly deep fried. It did not taste especially outstanding or good, just average deep fried. We ordered two kinds of clams, and did not think it has the fresh sweet taste, a little salty or something. Unfortunately there is no green salad to moderate the grease and salt. All vegetable was deep fried only. I chanced upon the local large market hall, where much seafood were served, similarly, to the locals, maybe not as much deep fried. Unfortunately I probably need more spanish to manage ordering or understand the menu (none in English).

Granada people eat here. A ritual it seems as they flood in and fill the place. Get there early. A reference for sea food and spending a good time.

Visited last night with our small children. Followed trip advisors guidance and booked a table before we went. We were not disappointed. Food was amazing and service outstanding. They welcomed our small children (3&5) and offered to make them food off menu. They gave the children jelly sweets in little bowls at the end which was a lovely touch. We went for the goats cheese started on menu and local prawns and fresh fish off menu polished off with a bottle of local Granada red wine. Fantastic food & flavours and perfectly cooked. Little touches of ham, home made meatballs, chupito and home made desert on the house were great. Cannot but recommend to eat here if you are in Granada but book a table to not be disappointed. Note it is located away from the main tourist thoroughfare but easy to find with google maps.

We went here twice 8 of us first night. As the food was so good we booked for final night of our group cycle tour with 16 people. One very strict vegan poped in during the day to discuss requirements and was very happy with his meal as were the rest of us. Very accommodating owner chef. Thank you for dining with us, I hope to see you again soon.Arrivederci.
