Excellent restaurant. Very friendly and polite peolpe who run the place. Everything is fresh and made when you order it. Fishsoup is outstanding with toast, bread and rouille. Baked fish was delicious with homemade tartare sauce. Good price-quality. Will come back to try the shrimp croquettes, vol-au-vent and beef stew.Beste,Bedankt voor deze mooie beoordeling,We hopen u snel terug te mogen verwelkomen.

There is no more sincere love than the love for good food. The address where gastronomy and conviviality find each other.
The food was very good and with had a lot of flavours - family business with husband and wife - very nice reception and relaxed atmosphere - the menus were only in Flemish or French - The lady could not speak english but that did not put any barriers to our enjoyment of the food as the lady was very accommodating

No matter where you come from, the crazy multilingual owner is ready to joke around with you and is very cary with kids. Very fresh and tasty food, excellent wines with very good quality for value. Tiramisu comes from another planet!

Been here for brunch, been here a few years ago and now again but been to a lot of places where you can brunch and here is not the best place. For the amount of 65 euros??? In other places You pay from 57 euros upto 59 euros but get much more service and hospitality. You get only 1 glass of cava, the You get Your lobster very quickly. It's a half baby lobster and not every lobster has the same size. And then You can go to thu buffet where You have to wait in a very long line for several minutes to pick Your plate. The let everybody go to the buffet at the same time, so You get a very long waiting queue. It's like throwing 1 bowl of food to 10 hungry dogs: everybody throws himself at the buffet. In other places with such a brunch: the boss and staff come to a few tables to tell You You can go to the buffet. Not all the tables at the same time, this system resultst in normal waiting lines. So it's all in the arrangement and organisation. And they ask much more money than other places. For dessert we were waiting and waiting at our table because the queue was very very long but by the time the queue was a bit more normal some customers had been 3 times allready to the dessert buffet... No more this place for me, rather go to other places where You can sit more relaxed and really enjoy the food and service.

We had a gastronomic diner, including wine, voucher for two. Based on the good reviews we decided to try this restaurant at the Belgian coast. What a discovery and what a treat. From the many small one-bite appetizers presented by pairs over the starter through the main dish and the fine dessert we enjoyed one culinary surprise after the next. With every dish we received a clear appealing description of what to expect. Additionally we were presented excellent wines in perfect harmony with each dish and the very friendly sommelier talked us through each wine (which was almost a trip around the world on its own). Wonderfull experience in a nice setting. Worth mentioning are also the freshly baked selection of loafs (about 8 different tastes to choose from) as well as the wide selection of home-made one-bite sweets that came as a surprize to the coffees we ordered to close off a wonderfull lunch. This restaurant deserves a Michelin star ! We will certainly be back !

Excellent fish restaurantBeoordeling van De Kopernunne2 dagen geleden beoordeeldGoogle-vertalingWanted to come here for a long time because the menu looked promising but because of the fact that they don't mention any prices on their website we postponed our visit thinking this was a very expensive restaurant. Now we accidentally passed by after a visit near the coast and were hungry so we stopped thinking we would only eat a main course. We were happy to see that the prices of the dishes in this restaurant are normal and not expensive. Therefore we had a full menu and were very satisfied. Superb food, friendly lady, nice place. Will come back many times now. Pity we postponed our visit here for so long. If we had known the prices are normal we would have come a lot sooner. If You love fish You'll love it here.

Been here to celebrate our 15th anniversary and it was excellent. We took the menu where You can choose between dishes, a 4 course menu. Very fine dining in this place that is managed by a couple since 25 years (man in the restaurant and woman in the kitchen) and they do it super, as it should be, with love and passion. A bit more expensive to eat here but worth every euro! Also very friendly people. A very nice experience and we will come back.

We went with our family to this children friendly restaurant. Children can play in the garden without danger. The food is good (although the mashed potatos had been forgotten), the service is friendly, but unfortunately much too slow (clearly problems in the kitchen). We had to cancel the dessert for my son (and his family), because he had to go to his work on time. Waiting more than an hour for a simply ice cream is not acceptable.
