This has to be one of my faves in BI! Excellent food, good value for money and extremely nice staff. Ideal for a date night or girls night, but suitable for families too. Totally recommended it.

We visited the restaurant this summer and were seated outside at the patio, which we definitely recommend. We had the full tasting menus; I had the seafood menu and my wife had the "from our land" menu. The food was very good and met expectations with the exception of the rump steak of veal (I believe...) which was cooked for a long time for maximum tenderness. It seems the peace of meat was too lean as the result was a little dry and chewy. The sommelier which also presented the food was very good and knowledgable and gave a good presentation of different courses and the wines, however the waitress did forget to fill the glasses of water and we also had to remind her that we had ordered more water. No disaster, but a faux pas at a michelin starred restaurant. At the end of the dinner the chef came out and we discussed nordic restaurants :)We had a very good time and had very nice food, but as always those michelin stars tend to make you more demanding. However; we would come again!

So if you live within 150 kilometers of Biella, get and your car and drive here as fast as you can. I ate at five Michelin one stars and a two star on this trip and this was by far the best meal I had. It's only been open 18 months and it's in Biella so it is not yet famous but it will be. The food is classic Italian with a modern (not molecular) twist. Just great ingredients prepared simply and to perfection. Just perfect. And light. The first amuse was simply baccalau. I think that they reduced the amount of potatoes - all I know that this was the best baccalu I've ever eaten. It tasted... of pure fish. Just so clean. The tuna was also unreal. It was so savory it tasted almost like pork. Served with a pea puree. Awesome. The prawn with taglaitelle was a revelation. Simply prawn and prawn stock with tagliatelle. Amazing.I also loved the shrimp and calamari "hamburger" with very thinly sliced zucchini and zucchini puree. The almond cream for dessert was also perfect. Just perfectly creamy and not gelatinous.6 courses for 50 euro - a steal. I mean an absolute steal for food of this quality. Should be twice that.Great, friendly service. Nice inexpensive wine list.

I was here with my 3 kids, this is surely a family friendly place. You can't go wrong with the Pizzas. We also had fish appetizer, gnocchi pasta, and several kind of dessert. The service is friendly and we didn't have to wait long time. Surely to be recommended.

A group of 8 English tourists catered for beautifully. We were looked after by the daughter of the owner, whose English was good. A mixed meal with pizzas, risottos, octopus, swordfish, and huge veal chop. Excellent wine list, beautifully organised. We had a great meal. But when we went to leave they could not contact our hotel, whose telephone system was down. The owner swiftly offered to take us back, 2 trips to manage 8 of us !Grazie Mille

Abbiamo voluto provare questo ristorante tex-mex dato le recensioni contrastanti dando ragione ai clienti che hanno definito il cibo poco curato e dozzinale dalle sembianze di scatolame riscaldato
