Everything about our experience at Pismo's was top notch. Our server was excellent and friendly from beginning to end.I ordered the crab cakes, caesar salad, and au gratin potatoes, all of which were delicious. My partner ordered an eclectic special of the day: pumpkin crusted halibut with sweet potato hash, broccolini, and acorn squash, and he said that it was first rate.Note to would-be visitors: This place is BUSY even on a weeknight, and reservations would be STRONGLY recommended. Otherwise, wait times, particularly on a weekend, could get really long.

My husband and I eat at The Lime Lite usually once a month. The food is delicious and the service is fantastic. The restaurant is very cozy with nice dim lighting. The bar is so nice and inviting. The outdoor patio is great all year long, they have heaters for the winter which makes for a very comfortable setting. Everything we have eaten at The Lime Lite is so good, the steaks are cooked perfectly and always come with fresh, tasty sides. If you order a starter salad make sure you ask for the harvest mix which includes nuts and raisins. This is also a great place if you are just in the mood for appetizers and cocktails.

We love this place! The fish is fresh and itâs great to build your own bowl. I start with brown rice and kelp noodles. Add tuna, salmon, seaweed salad, avocado, edamame, and cucumber. Spicy ponzu and crunchy toppings add a lot of flavor. Itâs delicious!

Señor Ajà is a complimentary mingling of Peruvian cuisine in a simple but easy menu, Peru has long had spectacularly original and varied cuisine, influenced by Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and, of course, Spanish traditions (by the way some those foods are
Senor Aji doesn't exotic from the outside, two doors down from a Starbucks, tucked behind a Credit Union in a shopping center in Northwest Fresno. The inside is surprisingly cosy for a glass fronted strip mall suite. They serve traditional Peruvian dishes that are elegant in presentation as well as tasty. The service was excellent as well.We started with Empanadas. They were excellent. Crisp, flavorful, without being heavy or greasy. Mrs. W had the Chicken - Cilantro soup and raved. I had the Lomo Saltado. This dish, stir fried beef with peppers and onions, served with rice and fries. Other places I've had it have been good, but tends to be a very informal dish...Three items piled on a plate. They serve a slightly elevated version with more subtle flavors and fries that were among the best I have had. In an unusual move for us, we ordered dessert. Their shortbread cookies, filled with dulce de leche carmel. It was the lightest, most delicate shortbread I have ever tasted.I really think it among the best restaurants in Fresno at the moment.
