Red Lobster is one of my favorite restaurants. Have been a loyal customer more than thirty years. Tonight my wife and I went to the location near the mall in Franklin. Dinner was fantastic and the service outstanding. Towards the end of the meal, the manager came over to check on us. He of course asked if we enjoyed the meal, he asked if I had there app and if we were celebrating anything special. My wife shared we were celebrating my birthday which was this past Friday. He immediately said, desert is on me. Above and beyond service. Tim ToepferSpring Hill TNHappy to hear you enjoyed your experience with us, at our Franklin Red Lobster!

We loved this restaurant located behind the Factory in Franklin. The best calamari we had ever had and we have lived close to the coast of Texas and frequented many seafood places. Very friendly and nice staff and had excellent fish tacos and boiled shrimp.

After an exhaustive day of traveling, the team wanted to eat something different, so we found Cajun Steamer Bar & Grill. What an awesome experience! We started with Charbroiled Oysters with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese !!wow I thought I was in New Orleans! Then had the Fried Seafood Platter with a delicious array of âfriedâ offerings! Absolutely a fabulous experience! Oh yea..âSweet Teaâ!

Cool Cafe blends "Fine Southern Food" and scratch cookin' for a scrumptious and hearty meal for lunch and dinner. We serve lunch Sunday through Friday and dinner Monday through Thursday. Entrees, like Fried Chicken, Meatloaf, Pot Roast, and Chef's Special
Cool Cafe is wonderful! I eat there a couple of times a week and everything I ever order is absolutely delicious. I love their hot chicken, but if hot isn't your thing, the regular fried chicken is the best around. They always have a great selection of vegetables also, and each is great. The food is fresh, and flavorful and not from a can like so many meat-n-threes tend to be. If cold salads are your thing, they have about 8-9 of them each day and they're great as well. You can see a pattern here :) - really & truly the food is all delicious - owner Tim simply knows how to make delicious food, and it's consistently good. The tea is sweetened just right, the lemon is always ripe, the servers are friendly, the music playing in the background is fantastic....it's a lot of little things added together that make it my go to place a couple of days a week. You will NOT be disappointed if you dine here!Thank you for the very nice review. We look forward to serving you soon.

We are regular customers of Bonefish. They serve the BEST salmon of any restaurant we have been to in TN. The Tuesday specials are a great deal. You may have to ask for the special menu on Tuesday. The restaurant gives a 10% discount for AARP.

We are a chef driven, new southern restaurant in Cool Springs, TN. We specialize in dry aged meats, fresh seafood and custom mixology.
My husband and I have been to the Honeysuckle on three different occasions over the past 6 months. For the most part we have really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, and the service. Last week I took two of my friends there for a celebration lunch. We all ordered the fish and chips. It was absolutely terrible! The fish came out looking like three dog turds on the plate. Over breaded, way over fried, and dried up. We all looked at each other and decided that sending three plates back to the kitchen was just not right but they were definitely not what we expected. The fries were limp and had some kind of spicy seasoning on them which bothered my two elderly friends. So I asked the server if we could have some fries with no seasoning and she said there was no seasoning on them. But after we insisted, she finally came back with a plate of plain fries. We just picked at the fish. I took all the breading off of mine and just ate the actual fish. What a disaster! Now I'm conflicted as to whether to return. I for sure will not be bringing guests since I'm unsure of the food. It's so dissapointing since I loved this restaurant before and really want to see Franklin encourage more local restaurants instead of the appalling number of chains and fast food places we have now. But I'm not sure I can support a place that is so inconsistent with their food.ChefKaren7, we wanted to thank you for giving your time to share your experience with The Honeysuckle. We are displeased the experience we provided was not well received and will be certain that both management as well as the owner review. We do hope to earn the opportunity to serve you again in the near future in order to provide not only the experience you expect, but deserve. We'd love to earn your trust again. We do hope this finds everything else is well with you and wish you our best!

The food was great too. The building is an antique. The soups, salads, salmon and burgers are all top notch. The Key Lime Pie was some of the best I have ever had and I live in Florida. Delicious filet and baked potato both cooked perfectly. The atmosphere left something to be desired. Perhaps some better lighting and a little background music. A theme of some sort. The hostess is almost non communicative. Bizarre greeting filled by a long silence. Remember when hosts and hostesses would say â Hi welcome to ( blank ) we will be right with you or we will have your table ready shortly etc. All of these classics continue to fall through the cracks. Step up the training and retraining a bit and you might survive the game. In short Connorâs has good food and everything else is ok. Itâs not even close to a Stoney River or J Alexander experience so donât expect that. But expect the same type of bill. Restaurants in this price range really should have a higher level of service and ambiance. Connorâs misses the mark in those departments. Pretty good food though.Thank you for the thorough review. We are glad you enjoyed your food, but more importantly hope you'll come back and give us another chance to earn your 5-star review. We definitely want you to feel like you received impeccable service.
