Vecindario is full of mediocre, big OK places to eat, A few are different. Humus disappointed in that we were hoping to find eastern Mediterrean fare, but the menu was Spanish and general international offerings. This is not to say that that was not good, but with name like Humus...other things, Lebanese, Syrian, Israeli food come to mind.So the place was clean, a bit more upscale and the food was a bit different from the usual Canarian small restaurants. Prices reflected the 'upscaleness'. 20,to 30% more fore eats than other nearby places. So it is 'a cut above' the nearby Vecindario venues.

We came to this lovely restaurant a few days ago and it was an amazing meal with great customer service. I have to have gluten free food and I informed the waiter who was very happy to help. The chef made gluten free pasta and came and told me personally that he had made fresh bolognese sauce. It was this personal touch that made our meal that much more special. We had such a lovely meal and you can tell they want you to have a nice time, 10/10 would recommend this restaurant.Thank you very much for your visit in my restaurant. Chef and owner Roberto Meloro

We found the restaurant via TripAdvisor and have not been disappointed. Nice selection of fine dishes and drinks. The place was not crowded at all which was quite surprising to us. Because the food and the atmosphere have been great. Due to the fact that we were alone with the staff we have had the chance to talk to Andrea, the owner and waiter of the restaurant. We enjoyed every single minute of it! Grazie Andrea!
