Chose this restaurant on the corner for lunch, which was very busy for Ferriers. Why have the âplat du Jourâ board on the road tempting you into the restaurant on this day when they were not serving that menu. Cunning ploy!Ordered a plate of crevettes for both of us and the cuisse de canard twice. The crevettes were served on a lovely bed of salad and sauce, the canard served with oodles of chips. The canard was delightful, all devoured with plenty of fresh bread.

Restaurant has lovely views across the bay and we were lucky enough to get a lunch table outdoors. Really nice fresh salads with scallops, salmon, prawns - reasonably priced for what we had. Would have given a five but like similar comments wished the waiting staff carried a smile when serving.

After having a mixed experience with eating out this visit to France, this one restored my faith in French cuisine. Recommended by the proprietor of the B&B we were staying at, the restaurant occupies a lovely position in the delightful resort of Val Andre, next to the Casino. We both ordered the menu - mine was the less expensive at 23 euro comprising excellent soupe de poissons, baked pollock in a lemon sauce (delicious) and any desert on the menu which I declined as I was too full to enjoy. Shame on me!! Hubby had the pricier 42 menu as he wanted the oysters (excellent) and sole (excellent). His menu included the cheese board which we both ended up sharing. Wine excellent and accompanying calvados. Good service. Would highly recommend.

Went on Saturday night, without having reservation. By chance they had had a cancellation and so we took it. Was a little unsure as I wanted a 'genuine' french cuisine experience and this looked a little middle of the road. How wrong i was...The food was absolutely delicicious, every single course was top-knotch, from teh crab starter, right through to the chocolate/creme brulee dessert.Would definitely go back...

You won't certainly feel hungry after having a meal at this restaurant, as the portions are quite big. We had the andouillette, which was perfect comfort food after a cold, windy day and was served with a very pleasant twist, thus testifying to the talent of the cook. Compliments to the chef!

Delicious Breton dishes feature fresh fish which I recommend you have with local cider! The now traditional moules frites has a mountain of mussels (mariniere) which are really good. They have daily specials & a fish & chips a l'anglais if you are less adventurous - which was also excellent. It's a popular place so perhaps best to book.
Restaurant in Camping de la plage de St Pabu et de la Ville Berneuf. Sea view with panoramic terrace. Traditional dishes, pizzas, seafood, scallops, mussels and chips, fish, burgers etc. Concert every Monday and Friday nights in the summer. Closed from Se
Moules de bouchot locales et frites maison délicieuses ! Un café gourmand excellent avec des desserts maison. Bonne adresse sans prétention avec un accueil sympathique pour un prix doux.

Sea food, fresch fish and local producers restaurant, with a sea view on the old Erquy port in Côtes d'Armor.
Really lovely meal - restaurant decor is very quirky and staff friendly and the food excellent. Husband had the fruits de mer (mid priced option) and loved it; sadly I'm allergic to oysters so had to swerve, but having found out that scallops are a local speciality chose from one of several interesting options. We also had a very good bottle of rose and the bread and carafes of water were free flowing as they should be. Not cheap but worth indulging. Puds looked nice but we resisted ! There's also a nice little area out front with a very retro swinging chair for a apero or nightcap with a great view of the harbour.

We are eight backpacking the Emerald Coast of Brittany from Erquy in the west to Cancale in the east. It will take 7 days. So not to carry food weight, we have targeted a number of eateries along the coast. One is Le Petit Saint-Michel for a late lunch after some 12 km of trekking.Brittany is known for its buckwheat pancakes, or "galettes de sarrasin". Don't confuse the thicker, hardier galettes with crepes - not the same. Eight adults with different ages and appetites result in varying dishes. I can say that everyone thoroughly enjoyed the tasty and hardy fare here. Dining outside in the sun, and with a sea view just made it all the more pleasurable. If you find yourself along the Emerald Coast, and you want really good, fresh, tasty food, I recommend Le Petit Saint-Michel to you.

This is our favourite restaurant in Brittany. The food is far superior to any other restaurant and also reasonable. The three course â¬23 menu is spot on, each mouthful is delicious. The ladies who serve are very friendly and smiley. We have eaten here many times and its never let us down.
