We were looking for a place where the famous Eckernfoerde "Fischbroetchen" were served. We came to the Fischbroetchen-Manufaktur and indeed here you will get a highlight of this delicacy. Hiring served in a warm bun with lettuce and a light sauce, onions of your choice. We came from DK where Fischbroetchen are virtually unavailable and can only recommend this place very much.

We were very happy to come back to Eckernförde and enjoy a wonderful lunch. We have lots of special memories of this restaurant and we have visited it almost in every trip to Eckernförde at the Baltic see since around 20 years. This restaurant has been transformed a lot. Kitchen was alway great, but now the menu is wonderful. We have found the classical food from the Baltic see, but several other very tasty new dishes. And the service is also marvelous. We are sure we will come back in our next visit! I just would like to recommend you to reserve your table on time.

Delicious dinner and friendly staff! We stopped there by chance and did not regret it at all ! The restaurant was actually fully booked: we were asked if we would mind sharing a table for four with another couple. We ended the evening chatting with our neighbours and the table beside: all were sailors and had sailed to eckenforder like us in the afternoon. A very nice way to end the day !

Bei der erstklassigen Lage befürchtet man, in eine Touristenfalle zu laufen: Kein Stück! Frischer Fisch, nach Bestellung zubereitet (dauert also ein paar Minuten), lecker angerichtet, humorvolles Ambiente und der Preis stimmt auch! Noch offenbar ein Geheimtipp!

Das war hier mal besser. Wir hatten einmal Scholle und einmal Seelachs mit Bratkartoffeln und Gurkensalat.Eigentlich kann man da nicht viel falsch machen.Hier ist es aber gelungen. In Fett schwimmende Bratkartoffeln die total hell waren. Der Fisch in Panade, war geschmacklos.Die Scholle war auch nur kurz in der Pfanne und die Haut noch weiÃ. Die Zitrone lag im Gurkensalat, damit sie nicht im Fett auf dem Teller liegt. Dadurch schmeckte der Gurkensalat. 5 Scheiben, sehr sauer.Nur Barzahlung möglich.Das war gar nichts. Ist von unserer Liste gestrichen.
