Reviews on Seafood food in Culebra, Caribbean. Culebra is somewhat of the anti-tourist destination, harboring no large hotels or flashy vacation bells and whistles. The beaches are stunning stretches of white sand, great for sunning, windsurfing and diving. The culture and architecture are just as colorful as the waters of the bright blue sea. Stroll around downtown for a truly quaint afternoon activity.

Hot new restaurant on Culebra near the town dock on Ensenada Honda, at the end of the street with Zaco's Tacos overlooking the bay. They also have rooms to rent. It is a tapas concept, but the servings are larger to share. We shared the Canastas (plantain cups with stewed salt cod/bacaloa) $12, Blancura Vegana (white bean fritters with aioli), Mampostales (croquettes with aioli) $12, En La Madre (NY Steak with Mofongo and 3 cheese sauce) $18, and the Sliders (3 sliders with 3 cheese sauce). It was too much food for five people! The food was all tasty with good flavor. I would only get one fritter/croquette dish per group as they are pretty similar. The value was good and the house Albarino was $7 per glass. The service was great and attentive without being overbearing. The place was running very well given this was their second week of operation. We will be back.Thank you for all your compliments, we are very glad that you and your group enjoyed everything. Hope to see you visiting soon.
Just had a great time at this new place. They were super nice, and even though it was quite busy they did a great job handling it. Food was delicious, we sat at the bar and had ceviche, conch salad, mahi-mahi, whole snapper and a great tres leches cake. No alcohol license yet so we brought our own. Check it out!

My coconut shrimp and mofongo was excellent, and my boyfriendâs carne frita was even better! My only complaint is that the salad dressing that I dumped all over my veggies was a year plus expired (and tasted as such- oops! Should have looked before I poured). Note that itâs cash only.

Loved this place. great vibe the food took a long time to come out but so worth the wait. In all fairness the place was super busy during the holiday weekend. Live music on Saturdays. The food was outstanding. Best combination of food and view on the island.

Krusty Crab is a Seafood restaurant in the last Spanish Virgin Island of Culebra, Puerto Rico. We are well known for having fresh Seafood and Local Puerto Rican flavor. We have fresh caught fish to offer such as Red Snappers, Yellowtail Fish, Lobster, Con
We went here 3 times during our 2 week stay. We loved the food here so much we saved this for our last night! The grouper fillet was amazing. The whole red snapper was the best of all the snapper we had on the island. Their fish tacos are huge. You get 3 giant tacos loaded with Veges & a grouper fillet. So big youâll have trouble picking it up! The best fish tacos Iâve ever had. They donât serve liquor here but you can bring your own. The waitress & waiter here are very friendly & great servers. The tostones here were the best I had on the island too. I canât wait to eat here again next year. Fabulous chef!

You must eat here.. It was simply the best food we had over 4 days on Culebra.. We didn't have reservations but just walked in early in the evening and got a table in the back. The swordfish and salmon were perfection.. the rissotto with grapes and charcuterie was a wonderful pairing! The best of all for those with a sweet tooth was the fabulous bread pudding with a delicious rum sauce.. you must try it or share it for the table. the hosts and the crowd were eccentric and fun! not a cheap restaurant but nothing is cheap food wise on the island.. at least at El Eden you will leave not feeling that you were ripped off A great island adventure!

Susies is more high end than most of the restaurants on Culebra. We had a large group and they accommodated us and gave us great service. Susies looks like someone nice house from the outside but once you walk in you can tell they have a sophisticated island vibe to the place. Most of the seating is open are but under roof and protected from the rain. We came in June and the night breezes were perfect, no need for A/C. The food was incredible. Best Mahi we ever had. The passion fruit mojitos was made to order and you can see them making it it at the back (only complaint is that I like my drinks stronger). Everyone in our group of 15 was still raving about it the next morning. Definitely worth the splurge for an incredible night out.

Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at this restaurant. We arrived about 20 minutes before restaurant opened but were greeted by friendly staff at bar who quickly served us our drinks and invited to get a table. Food was great. We ordered the churrasco meat and bean salad. Our waiter Ben was very friendly and made sure we got our food fast. Enjoyed the view.
