Il miglior ristorante certamente della valle Seriana ma anche oltre. Il pesce è unâesperienza mistica. Sia i primi che i secondi lasciano senza parole. Anche per i non amanti del mare la lista presenta ottime scelte. Presentazione delle pietanze curata in ogni dettaglio e che nemmeno nelle trasmissioni tv dei blasonati chef ho mai visto. Il locale piccolo e ben curato. Pulito e ordinato. Pochi posti creano unâatmosfera riservata e piacevole per ogni occasione. Il posto nn è ben visibile ma cercatelo con Google perché ne vale veramente la pena.

Ristorante Hostaria la Trisa is worth your time as it delivers regional favorites. I have been to this restaurant for large gatherings (wedding and family reunions) and for lunch and dinner. Every meal is prepared with a sacred attention to generations of cooking and serving. The ownership and managers are extremely engaged in the customer experience. Plus, they have an outdoor patio that is at the only intersection in the local "Valmaggiore".

Ristorante molto tipico della zona è sempre un piacere tornarci ... abbbiiami assagggiato dei ravioli di zucca fantastici e una tagliata favolosa , val sempre la pena tornarci .

Tried this place on last night and wish it was on the first the food was that good. I had the tagliatelle with venison which was excellent, the 3 girls (ages 11,13, 17) had lasagne off the primo menu, portion was right for them. The guy that runs the place brought us an excellent red local wine at â¬20. We all had desserts which were home made and wonderful. This place is a cut above the rest in the area and deserves a 5 star rating. Very popular locally so booking advised evenings.

E' difficile oggi fare un pasto completo (il caffè è quasi sempre regalato) con 11â¬. Qui ci riescono. Pizza (alla sera) sempre molto buona, ben cotta, mai bruciata e digeribile. Il menu turistico va un po filtrato per evitare sughi che al momento sono buoni ma che al pomeriggio si impegnano a lottare con i villi gastrici. Polenta sempre buona e ben cotta. complessivamente, stando un po attenti a ciò che si ordina, è accettabile e per il prezzo che si paga non si può pretendere molto di più. Il locale sempre pieno testimonia l'apprezzamento dei clienti, anche se la qualità non è sempre eccelsa. La quantità delle porzioni e, cosa fondamentale il conto finale, fanno si che i clienti locali e i turisti apprezzino molto questo posto (tant'è che è sempre strapieno).

The restaurant is clean and with a warm atmosphere. Pizza is good, but other different types of dishes are available. Prices are medium. Staff is kind and helpful. Recommended.

Ci siamo fermati alla ceca senza conoscere il locale attirati dal cartello esterno con scritto gnocco fritto. Abbiamo preso gnocco fritto delizioso e affettati misti squisiti, un risotto con porcini e culatello da paura mezzo di lambrusco e 2 caffè. 42 euri perfetti per la qualità del cibo. Peccato che è lontanino da casa sennò.....

Ci siamo tornati dopo qualche anno e abbiamo trovato ancora degli ottimi piatti. Menu del giorno a 15 euro escluso il dolce (fantastico tiramisu). Consigliatissimo.
