Great restaurant with something for everyone. They give away a ton of food with all the extras; beans, okra, hush puppies, etc. I have the catfish every single time and I've never had a bad experience. My wife eats the chicken tenders and my son eats the pasta. We all leave full and happy. The wait staff is super friendly and the prices are reasonable. I'm already looking forward to the next meal there.

My husband were in town for one night and chose to try Roux and now we are looking forward to our next trip to Clarksville. Delicious food! He had 2 out of 3 flavors of the crescent pies and declared them delicious. Some of the lightest crust and such tasty fillings! I had the Bayou Basil Pesto Pasta and can still taste that deliciousness when I think about it. Huge portion, so tasty with the chicken. Perfect amount of head. Customer service here is awesome. We loved our waitress and loved the downtown area of Clarksville. Our dinner was rounded off with an order of beignets, which were some of the tastiest we have ever had. Light and airy with the perfect amount of powdered sugar sprinkled on top. The addition of just a hint of lemon was perfect. Can't wait for our next visit!

My wife and I showed up around 4pm on a Saturday. The place was already full but we didn't have to wait long. My first impression was that the tables were close together with very little wiggle room to walk around. There is also graffiti all over the walls. It's definitely not an upscale place, it's very causal. The menu is fairly short with the boils being the main attraction. They have 5 boil selections. They range from $28-$56. This may seem a little pricey but all except the $28 can feed more than 1 person. We ordered #2 ($48) with dungeness crab, shrimp, sausage, clams, potatoes, and corn. The food surprisingly came out in a bag. Roll back the bag and dig in. Everything was really good and there was plenty left over to bring home. We will definitely be going back in the future.

Missed the lobster special so we decided to make the shrimp fest. It was good. If you can't decide what shrimp dish you want order the dinner with a choice of two. The large fried shrimp were expertly done and the skewers of shrimp were marinated to perfection. The waiter was attentive and made sure that we had plenty of the delicious cheddar biscuits that they are known for. If you missed the lobster fest, don't miss the shrimp fest!!
