Sabato sera ospiti dell' hotel City che è a fianco ceniamo con una pizza senza infamia e senza lode forse i piatti a base di pesce sono meglio. Piccolo e un po' rumoroso però se compi gli anni si spengono le luci e parte un tanti auguri assordante e luci da discoteca con il pizzaiolo che viene fra i tavoli e fa volteggiare l'impasto della pizza, molto simpatico e un po originale. Conto un pò alto per due pizze farcite ma a casa mia sono servite ai bambini perchè erano veramente piccole e una coca da 1lt 28,00 euro il csto che mi ha stupito un pò è stato il litro di coca alla spina che ci è costato 10,00 euro quasi quanto una bottiglia di vino.

qualche problema organizzativo per assenze del personale, molto carino ed informale il locale, personale e chef gentilissimi. Abbiamo ordinato, in quattro, un piatto a testa: fritto di calamari ok (solo le patatine un po' fredde), polipo con verdure grigliate ok, calamari alla piastra con chips di prosciutto crudo ok, vino ok. Conto più che ragionevole. I piatti di carne sembrano essere quelli maggiormente scelti dai clienti, peccato che io non ami la carne.

This is a really nice place near the Chivasso Cathedral. Pizza is brick oven baked and pasta is of high quality. The interior is nicely decorated and is inviting from the outside.

Facendo le vari medie dovrei dare meno, ma cerco di rispettare il lavoro di un ristoratore ...Servizio in affanno e lacunoso con lunghe attese per ogni cosa.Cibo, avendo preso pesce, devo dire che il primo è stato piuttosot mediocre, mentre ho trovato buono il fritto di paranza seppur non all'altezza del prezzo pagato.La location è il vero dramma: tavoli ravvicinati ma soprattutto un'acustica davvero negativa, al punto da urlare per parlare con chi stava di fronte a me.Mi chiedo, se con un locale così sempre pieno (mi dicono) e presumo con entrate economiche almeno discrete, per quale motivo la proprietà non investa nel miglioramento dell'acustica. Ne beneficierebbero anche i camerieri e non solo i commensali.

We visited this delightfully cheerful restaurant twice in our three night stay here. Both times were very good but a third would over-stretch the menu. The owners are a hilarious couple and the lady of the house sings a tune or two when taking your order. Her partner knows his local wines and we drank a superb red on his recommendation. We ate a sharing plate of cured meats, roasted goat's cheese and beef tartar. Their mains favour pork which was well cooked, tender and juicy. The price was about 25 euros per head and we had Jingle Bells sung to us as we paid.

I have been visiting this new restaurant with colleagues and I have been really impressed with the quality of the food, the extension of the menu and, in particular for the pizza.Most of the pizzerias in Chivasso offers you quite standard "northern" Italian pizza style, which are, on average good in quality and in ingredients.However this pizzeria offers you "southern" pizza style: thicker and more tasty.Recommended !

The wait staff at San Marco were so attentive. They have menus in 6 different languages so ordering was not a problem at all. They saw to our every need, recommended fabulous food and wine, and were really proud of their restaurant. I can't wait to go there again.

I've had lunch here twice while visiting Chivasso. The 12 euro fixed price lunch offers a few antipasti/primi and a few secondi. Fish is more prevalent in the evening than at lunch. The restaurant is now in a new location. It's not large, there are about 10 tables and a few outside when the weather permits. The decor is simple, shades of blue and I'd guess it was painted by a friend. The is no TV - bravo. The pasta all'amatriciana was very good and the scallopini, while it could have been thinner, was still tender and well sauced. The bread was used to mop up both dishes. ...There are vegetarian offerings as well. The chef even makes ice cream. The owner (I assume he is the owner) is very friendly, the wine list is reasonably priced with local wines. We were waiting our next train at the train station and we took a stroll in the cute little town. We found this little cute place and decided to venture in! They serve local yummi dishes, so we chose 3 and they were so yummi! along with the Vino della casa. Definitely pass by this place if you are in town !Lo staff della Nuova Golosa cordialmente ringrazia.
