We were looking forward to a quiet splurge, before the holiday festivities began and the Briarhurst came highly recommended. It was a splurge - but not one we will ever repeat. The ambiance is lovely, but the service was poor. The presentation of the food was attractive, but the food itself had no real flavor. The wine list is pedestrian, to say the least, and over-priced for what are essentially supermarket wines. We had the sense that the place is tired and in need of new ideas - and perhaps new staff.We appreciate your feedback. Please call us directly so we may better determine who on our staff served you as well as who was working in the kitchen as we want every visit to be a wonderful experience for every guest.

Birthday dinner for the hubby. Recommended by a CO Springs local. Attention to every detail by owner and servers. Server guided us through menu with confidence. Food was excellent. Not an inexpensive place. Be prepared to spend but worth every cent. Carlos is fantastic as is his staff

I had very good service, attentive without being bothered every two minutes. The food was well prepared and nicely served. The portions were very small for the amount charged. Would I go back? Maybe.
