Mi ha accompagnato un amico Modenese dicendo: "Stasera ti faccio mangiare il mare".Il ristorante si presenta con una ampia sala, con tanti tavoli (penso siano almeno 80 posti a sedere), un bel banco di pesce fresco e una buona atmosfera.Menù che viene arricchito di tanti piatti considerati scontati (risotto alla pescatora o di mare, spaghetti allo scoglio piuttosto che alle vongole, frittura di pesce o tutti i pesci presenti nel banco pesce) che sono fuori menù.Buona la Paella e buono il polpo arrostito con burrata e pomodorini.Cortesia e sorriso del servizio e cordialità del titolare che ci ha offerto limoncello ed il "Suo" nocino. I had the S.Stefano lunch in this location. The local was full booked and totally busy but the service was absolutely excellent; the young lady waitress was very welcoming and skilfull.The quality of the dishes are above the line and the fish is really fresh.4 stars only for 2 points: the floor bathroom is too small and my grandma was is trouble to get in and we waited a bit for the appetizer and the dessert was not served together.Anyway I will come again here!I strongly recommend this restaurant especially for romantic dinner.

New location very elegant. We had tortino di broccoli with cream of parmesan and seppioline with piselli both very good. Then tagliata di tonno in sesamo and beef tagliata with lard, both very good, we thought the dessert'zuppa inglese' was nothing special. Good service. Only problem: when the restaurant was full it was so noisy we couldn't stay anymore and we couldn't wait for the bill to come and leave!!! Please note we are not an old couple, we are young but it was really too much!!!!!

Hotel duomo recommended this family owned and run restaurant. Our party of four was not disappointed. The best food we experienced n our travels! Very reasonably priced as the food was comparable to top of the range eateries. Included a wide variety of seafood dishes, some vegan. Innovative blend of ingredients. Particularly taken with the pumpkin gelato. Local dish of baccala to die for, light and beautifully cooked and presented. The chef popped outside to check everything was ok and the lady owner knew enough English to get by and was extremely helpful and friendly. Would return here in a heartbeat. Oh, and her mother's home made liquors were just amazing!

We had business diner for 5 people on a very hot day.The restaurant was cool and very nice, the service was good with English fluent.Not so much selection for vegetarian not including the fish options.

We went again to celebrate our anniversary and it didn't disappoint! Octopus salad with potatoes cooked to perfection, spigola carpaccio, grilled squid with a twist of bread crumbs, and pasta with seafood without shells. In between meals some treats from the chef, nice sprkling rose' and ginger ice cream!!!! Sitting outside in the nice courtyard, what do you want more for a nice evening?

We were a group of 14 marathon runners from Iceland which dined in the Ristorante L'Incontro after we had finished our run. We booked online and chose this restaurant because of the favourable reviews we had seen and because of their emphasis on Italian cuisine, which is world-renowned. Needless to say were were not disappointed. The food was superb, and the service first class. What impressed us even more is that the restaurant had opened up this night only for our group, since it normally is closed Sunday evening. Talk about exceeding expectations, this restaurant did that big time. Thank you very much for your superb serviced We would recommend the restaurant to anyone visiting the area,Thank you very much!
