We had the restaurant recommended as one of the best in town.In that sense we were a bit disappointed. Both food and service was good, but best in town is probably stretching the truth a bit.We had the grilled squid for starter which was fresh and good and the sea bass for main course.Overall a nice place, but not best in town.

I have been quite afew times to El Refugio.Although they are famous for their roastbeef, I would not try if coming from the UK.Instead, i would let Alfredo recommend me and for sure you will be happy as long as you are able or ready to pay some 50/60⬠per head. The wine list is extensive and there you can find most of the best wines in Spain.Seafood is also very good, but pricewise, be careful...Indeed, El Refugio is a good place to choose.Alfredo holds there a quite unique paintings collection,Parking (15 cars or so) available.

We stopped for lunch at this food specialty restaurant. We wanted to try out the seafood paella and the famous Sangria Spanish drink. The staff were very pleasing and served us very well and the atmosphere inside was very welcoming. The Sangria drink could not be served any better and the seafood paella was extraordinary very good and its taste was amazing. The price range is not that cheap but the service, drinks and food were excellent. We do recommend this excellent restaurant.

A Mundiña is a rock found in Costa Cabana de Bergantinos in the Corme and Laxe. Our place of origin and the place from which most of the products we offer daily. The markets of A Costa da Morte are our pantry, also its extraordinary garden, the bread of C
I was very disappointed having read all the reviews. Our starters were literally a plate of tasteless prawns and a crab. The main course was greasy oily beans with no seasoning and a piece of sea bass which didn't taste of anything. My partner had a piece of veal which was huge and nothing like veal we had ever had. The chips were anaemic and under seasoned. The service was excellent until she asked if my meal was ok and I said no and she completely disregarded what I said. Don't on if ffod is not good but to ignore completely that I didn't like it was poor.

All seafood and fish in this restaurant were cooked to perfection. The restaurant had an English menu, and although staff did not speak much English, they more than made up for some difficulties in communication with their charm and readiness to help. We had a fantastic evening.

The O 'Fado restaurant is located on the Sea walk near the Acuarius and the Domus, a privileged setting in the beautiful province of A Coruña. It offers homemade Galician cuisine of an incomparable quality. The specialty of the house par excellence is Ric
A simple family restaurant which is accessed through a bar which serves excellent seafood and rice dishes.Reservations are recommended and a must on week ends since the place is very well concurred by mostly local residents of the city. The waitress was knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and guided us expertly through the menu and the fresh catches of the day. Her recommendations were right on the dot. Ordered as appetizers fresh clams in "Marinera" sauce which were excellent, grilled razor seashells which again were superb and grilled fresh prawns. For main courses, our party of 6 ordered the recommended northern sea bass which were tasty and perfectly cooked. We could not order any of the rice dishes since they have to be reserved ahead of time. The meals were complemented with a good Albariño wine. The desserts were all home made and very good. Highly recommended.

I come here often and find this to be one of my favorite restaurants. Great seafood at very reasonable prices in a nice setting and with good service.
