Located on scenic Chuckanut Drive (HWY 11) overlooking Samish Bay and the San Juan Islands. We are a casual dining destination restaurant offering great food and exceptional service - all in a beautiful setting. Housed in a manor originally built in 1934,
Great food! They do everything right. We had all different entrees from crab louie to lamb shanks to halibut with morel mushrooms. Drinks were really good. Dessert was awesome- cheesecake, creme brulee and flourless chocolate cake... a bit pricey, but a great setting in a historic building and a water view. Pastoral. Friday night, 6pm reservations, not crowded at all. Our waitress was exceptional.

Come here for the amazing views, the delicious food and the cozy setting. The wine list is extensive and do order at least one dessert. Service is reasonable and we had a very special evening. Prices are on the high end, but this is a place for a celebration.

On our way to Vancouver from SEA-TAC and hoping for fresh local oysters, preferably of the raw variety. There were Oyster Shooters available on the drinks menu but our server Alexa explained their kitchen was too small for the shucking process and offered fried oysters instead. We opted for their Oyster Shooter with vodka (at extra cost) and it was yummy with a large and plump oyster. We enjoyed our luncheon choices outside in their back patio as it was a lovely sunny day. This restaurant is in an off the highway small town and on the corner with limited parking space, however we found a spot on one of the side streets right close to the restaurant that worked out well.

Buffet favorites, seven days a week! Featuring unique, daily menu themes along with traditional buffet favorites, an extensive soup & salad bar, dessert selections, and a range of complimentary beverages.
We decided to go to experience the Market Buffet's " Fiesta-Tuesday buffet ". We were greeted and promptly seated by friendly staff. All new chairs in the seating area .were a nice change. While the salad and dessert bars were at the usual rating of good to very good, the soups and the hot buffet offerings were disappointing. We expected there might be Chili Rellenos (no - none). Even the corn and flour tortillas looked tired and sticking to one another. The Carne Asada filling was OK but the cubed bonesless beef offering required using a knife to separate where we expected a slow cooked fall-apart. No. Service during meal was good but we will not be back on/for Fiesta Tuesday buffet.(We really like their Italian & their Seafood/Crab buffets but not this Fiesta menu on Tuesdays)
