We traveled across Spain and by casualty ended up at this amazing place! Right in front of la marina, is not too fancy but it's sailing boat decorations, kindness and service, excellent food and price definitely made the stop worthy! The size of the food ordered was great, the savor and variety and mostly, the owner! If you are around Luarca, stop by and ask for Manuel Perez and you will have a great experience.

Reasonable prices and range of dishes. One waiter spoke excellent English and was very helpful with explaining the menu. Simple grilled Hake with boiled potatoes very good. The Hake in cider was good but more of a challenge served on the bone with various pieces of seafood! Dog was able to sit in covered exterior veranda. Good car parking at the port and 5 minutes walk to restaurants. Parking outside very limited.

Great stop. Charming seaside town, excellent restaurant. The best scallops (zamburinas) we had in the region, carmelized but still tender. We had three orders. Very attentive kitchen, kind service, solid wine (albarino). Highly recommended.

Our tour guide changed our plans for a lunch with 25 of our wedding party friends and family from the USA and the choice she made for Restaurante San Miguel couldn't have been a better! The food was plentiful and prepared perfectly, the views, amazing, the wine, top shelf. The service for our party of 25 was spot on, attentive, accommodating and 1st class. Try the bacalau, it is amazing! This is a must on your visit to Ribadeo, Spain!

Traditional cuisine restaurant with Galician native products, fish, seafood, and selected meats among the best and always from our area. Taste of Galicia.
Hubby and I came here for our celebratory dinner. We were given a menu in English thankfully as itâs quite complex! The portions are huge, one starter between us would have been more than enough! Hubby had fois gras toasts with air dried beef - delicious. I had the fried king prawns with potatoes. I just ate the prawns, it was all too much with mountains of potatoes. Hubbyâs main course was beef âchopâ almost a kilogram of beef, beautifully tender and tasty - he had to send it back for a little more cooking, but this was done quickly and courteously. I had the duck, again, a huge portion and served very pink - but I like it like that! Sadly, I just couldnât manage it all.The bill came and I was a little disappointed to see that we had been charged for the bread that was served on arrival, and the tap water we asked for had also been charged - it may have been mineral water though! The waiter had been lovely and helpful throughout! There was also a 10% service charge added! I like to choose whether I tip, so never happy with this practice. So not a 5 rating, but almost!Dear Stirlimg;Thank you for your comment, and for the positive opinion of our work.I wanted to clarify, if you allow me, the tip.towards the end of the invoice, a summary is made of the part that belongs to the restaurant, and the 10% that is paid as a tax to the state. That 10% is already included in the prices and is not added again, it is only informative so that the client knows exactly the amount of the tax.If you did not leave coins in the account tray, there was no tip for the waiter, but we are happy because you enjoyed the dinner.thank you very much again :))

Very nice seafood restaurant. Lunch with all our family (10 persons). Enjoyed all the dishes. Reserve in advance the rice - mandatory. Bit noisy on the upper floor. Really recommended.

We had lovely fresh fish for dinner with a salad. The portions are huge and had we known we would have shared. The restaurant has a homely atmosphere and good service. Prices are similar to others on the quayside. The staff/owner speak little or no English. Please do not let this deter you. The restaurant gets busy so book ahead. It is closed on Sunday evenings (not sure about Sunday druing the day)

Eleven of us and 3.30pm on Christmas Eve were accommodated without any problems. 4 of us chose the menu del dia which included fabada and picadillo con huevo whilst the others chose from the menu. Good service and the food definitively came up to expectations. It's run by a young and keen team. Definitively no problem in recommending for a casual lunch in a great location

The salpicon is out of this world and we alternate between the deliciously fresh fish and outstanding steaks. It has a beautiful view of the harbour and the service is top class. Can't wait for the summer!

We enjoyed the delicious food and excellent service of this small restaurant located in a beautiful coastal village. I definitely recommend the octopus carpaccio, the scallops ("zamburiñas") and the monkfish. Desserts are also good: don't miss the chocolate cake with tangerine ice cream. Great wines at an affordable price.Prices were reasonable: about 200⬠for a meal for 6, with 3 appetisers to share , 6 main courses, 3 desserts, two bottles of wine, water and coffee.I look forward to return.
