Collection, refined, permeated with history, the taberna located in the ancient stables of the castle is ideal for those who think that cooking is an art and that art is a continuous search for perfection. A cuisine based on our tradition and the scents o
We were hotel guests of the castle and we had dinner in this restaurant. The dishes are designed with art. Beautiful and tasty. We liked "filetto di maialino" the most. In appetizers for example the polipo, some more salt is needed. The dolce worth a try. Price is very reasonable.

Visited Nikila for the first time for this event and we had a wonderful evening. The food was excellent - and the service also - the waiters and waitresses all very pleasant and smiling. I shall definitely be visiting again. I must say I wasn't a fan of baccala and went more to please my husband but now ive changed my mind as the chef Nicola presented some really interesting and tasty dishes. Well done - my compliments!! Ah by the way - all for â¬19 a head including wine and water!!

Lucky we were booked. The waiters here are attentive and willing to please. They created seating for extra groups who weren't booked. The meal was very good. We had an antipasto and then enjoyed a pizza. My " radicchio and Gorgonzola" pizza was fabulous for the cholesterol.
As an Italian-American, I consider good food one of the most enjoyable things in life. We walked all over Benevento one night and happened upon Cocotte, not far from Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi. The decor was interesting and attractive so we decided to take a chance having done no research on Benevento restaurants. We were richly rewarded for our long walk with excellent seafood and friendly/competent service. We were so impressed that we dined here on 2 of our 3 nights in town.

Located in the heart of the historic center, 200 meters from the Roman theater and Traiano arch, a few steps from the Duomo "HAITI" born in 1965 as a bakery & ice cream later expanding the surface to 300 square meters. Current giving way to create you the
After wandering the city of Benevento, we stumbled onto this spot. At first it looks like only a bakery but once you enter and go down the steps you are in a quaint restaurant. The owner of the establishment was very pleasant and brought us fresh baked bread. We ordered two excellent salads and shared a main course of fruitta de mare. Everything was fresh and freshly made. It was just a nice place to go to lunch.

This little gem is a great family restaurant. We were warmly welcomed as soon as we crossed the door. The menu is typically Italian and in Italian as well! They have the usual Italian fare plus local specialties like snails and horse meat. The food was great, with large portions and the chef (owners wife!) came out to make sure we were enjoying our meal. It was good home cooked country meal. I could not have asked for more. The owner even treated us to a glass of local grappa at the end of the meal. Even got a kiss by the chef! Like mom use to do!! Highlight of our Benevento trip.
