On of the best pizza I have ever had!! we had dinner and we all had pizzas, they were amazing!! They have a large terrace in the evening, very nice place for dinner with friends and/ or family!!

We were in Merano for a kids-and-husband-free weekend with some friends. After a full day at the thermal baths we were drinking a Gin Tonic and trying to find out an open restaurant that served gluten free option (one of my friends got celiac disease) on a Sunday night in Merano. We were extremely surprised and pleased with Chapeau. Food was very good, fresh and well presented. Service was pleasant and very attentive. Price was coherent with the quality of the food we ate. Will go back to it for sure in case I'll be in Merano again.

Small cozy trattoria situated on the road to the roman bridge. Owned by a couple from Agrigento their sicilian passion for food shines through. Good food tasty and well prepared from an interesting menu. A complimentary glass of Zibibbo finished the meal and we left with a smile on our faces

I took my parents there for their 56th wedding anniversary. The restaurant is very nice (I would avoid eating in the "stube"), very typical Tyrolean. The service was extraordinary and the food exceptional. I actually found it difficult to choose just one starter, one main course and one desert. The wine recommended was perfect and it was one of the more reasonably priced one. Book well in advance

The problem with Terra is: being so incredibly outstanding, so creative and so inhumanely professional...they will spoil many future restaurant visits of yours! Most probably a Terra visit will turn it to 2nd favorite only.Other */**/*** Michelin restaurants you've enjoyed in the past will seem simply "cute" compared to the sheer power and sophistication of Terra."Comparable" restaurants you'll visit in the future, where everybody else at the table will be crying with pleasure will be "good enough, but not Terra".Luckily, we all tend to forget. So the memory of such perfection is fading away slowly but surely. You'll start doubting your memory and you, as I did, might think that their perfection was a matter of momentary emotion. Now quite difficult to fine one place popular prices and have good qualities. This place its one of some left. Noisy, nearrow, not romantic, serving like " I don't care", but qualities of foods will make you forgot all, more after look in to the bill, you can wear sunglass, look cool and say "I will be back".

You are just in front of Schloss Trauttmannsdorf, a very good location, botanical Gardens around; restaurant consisting in large spaces inside, an appealing garden outside. There you'll enjoy a vast choice of appetizers, first and second courses, meat and fish. Creative dishes, international customers. Very good choice of excellent local wines. Very professional service, you'll have a sommelier at your table, preparing your wine. Well, who would not be impressed with the view from this great restaurant. Merano and its surrounding mountains seem to be at your feet. We eat on the sun kissed Terrence enjoying a lovely early autumn lunch.Our food was delicate and very tasty. I had the troffiette with mushrooms and cheese and my partner the pasta with veal ragout and truffles. The Apfestrudel desert with homemade vanilla ice cream was lovely too. Great wine selection by the glass. It is not a cheap eat, but it is well worth it.
